My first ever yelp review... i don't review but I did email them after a few bad experiences there !!! I love going to movies it's my favorite thing ever & was so happy when this location reopened. The only advice I can give them as a paying customer is to get a concession counter so people can order food themselves the entire experience there offering is not working for them . Worst "luxury theater" ever. Seats DO NOT recline even though they are marketed as recliners. Ordered food 40 mins BEFORE show time and didn't get them until 1.5 hours DURING THE MOVIE. They claimed that they "lost my number" even though we checked 3x before to let them know that we've been waiting... they told us "we will text you when it's ready"?! 90 mins to make 2 chicken sliders that were dry?! No one there to greet you or guide you to where to go or even check your tickets. I think we could have walked in and seen any movie No ine would have checked if we had tickets. Then miat food items were "sold out" including POPCORN and adult size beverages (only kid size available. What kind of movie theater has no popcorn and only small soda?? this place is gross was much better when I was iPix I bought my tickets online. I walked in there was no one at the front or anywhere to check my tickets. anyone could just walk in and not pay the bathrooms are DISGUSTING. toilet paper all over the floors. half of the toilets were gross. makes me wonder what the kitchen is like the only good thing is you can reserve a seat but other then that I will never come back here

Theatre was enjoyable and comfy, but the service was horrible. 1/3 of the food I ordered was never served to me, and then the other 1/3 was given to someone else. There is also an option to have your server to come to your seat, so then we could ask about when our food is coming out, and to my surprise no one ever came to my seat. We also received random dishes and drinks that no one in my party had ordered. Would be very unlikely that I come back.

It was like a regular theatre just payed extra, payed $70 for food before the movie started and didn't get my food for a whole 2 hour movie, afterwards i went to get a refund and they couldn't even offer me the refund in cash so i have to wait 3-5 business days, wouldn't recommend going here seems like they don't even care about customers.
This place is a complete disaster. Don't do it. It's a dang shame because the dine-in theater that used to be here was great. How is it so hard to replicate the same business model in the same space? First of all, there's no restaurant on premises. It's fully furnished with the TVs on & music playing, as if it could be operational at any time. If you go here on just a moderately busy showtime with the intention of ordering food and drinks then you will be greatly disappointed because your food/drink order will 100% be messed up. In other similar movie/food theaters it is recommended you arrive 20-30 minute early. This way between the extra time and the previews the food/drinks have plenty of time to arrive before the movie begins or within the first 10-20 minutes. I tried this place 3 times. Good facility. Everything else is horrible. Seating: 2 of our 4 seats are office chairs (first row from entrance). There was no indication of abnormal seating on the reservation system. Food: Orders are either wrong or never came. Long line to complain about missing food. 20 minutes of life wasted.
