2nd time is a charm! Never coming back to this theater! The service is terrible! On our last 2 visits we placed and paid for our food orders well before the movie even started, but our food was never brought out. When the servers were asked about our orders, they didn't have a clue! We thought that after the 1st time they'd have their shit together, but no luck. We just cancelled and asked for our $ back. Don't bother with that place!

Been coming to this place before they changed the name to 'Look' I'm disappointed on how bad service is going to worse each time I go. I've order in person and on the app and WOW!! Ridiculous !!! They never bring my order like why or what? Never ever agin will I spend my money ordering food. They are soooo bad with no apology and extra rude too. Lesson learn!!! I can see this place going out of business soon.
