We've been to Look Dine-In Cinemas before and had a good experience, so we decided to come back. Unfortunately, this visit was disappointing. We ordered two alcoholic beverages and snacks. While the pretzel bites were fresh and enjoyable, the popcorn was cold and clearly not fresh. I didn't complain because it already took a long time to arrive. This place is ass. Don't come here. They don't bring the food out. They don't bring the bill. The food is always cold. But the bartender is nice. The seats are nice but they're all old and worn out.

2 stars because staff was nice but DO NOT GO HERE! Theater is in 2 different building which is beyond weird and probably the cause of some of their issues. 1) when I arrived there were signs everywhere that their parking validation machine was "broken" so you'd be paying pull price for parking (was only $3 but still, fix the machine??) 2) ordered drinks only and the frozen drinks arrived...not frozen. I keep coming here thinking something is going to change and it never does. We order food over the phone and it never comes. We order food at the bar and it never comes. It took 30 minutes just to get one Bloody Mary at the bar because the guy literally left the bar halfway through making the drink. None of the other locations are this bad. Look cinema has been our go-to movie theatre since it opened. Love the comfy seats and being able to order from there. Our past few experiences haven't been the best. Our most recent experience was on Sunday 9/8/24 to watch Beetle Juice. I ordered food and an appetizer for my children who were really hungry. I came to see beetlejuice today. Order two beers and those were brought to me 10min before the movie ended because I had to ask a second person . Also, my friend order food and she never got her food and after she asked that second person she got her food after the movie ended . It's sad that they hire teenagers that forget to bring the food? But this has been happening to me for the past 5 years!! So sad ! Get it together !

!! PLEASE READ !! I am NEVER coming back here. This place is highly unethical and needs to be sued by their employees. Whether you are coming here to dine or to look for employment DONT DO EITHER. The entire staff is overworked and underpaid. You will not receive your food on busy days and if you do it will most likely be cold as sometimes there are only 6 employees for 10 theaters filled to the brim.
