I will try to be as fair as possible with this review. I have been attending movies at Look Cinemas since it used to be Studio Movie Grill before Covid, so I have a good base for which to judge and compare. The Good I have been an Infinity Club Member for the past two years, and the value of that is actually really amazing ($100 to see one movie a day max for an entire year, when the average adult ticket costs over $20 with fees per movie). The concept has always been good to have food delivered to your seat... however, employees who are not taught good customer service can ruin even the simplest task. Got to the theater and immediately noticed that the seats are unkept, peeling of vinyl and not looked wiped down. Ordered food, which was pretty straightforward. Food arrived, and the server couldn't be more in a hurry dropping off the food like you were putting down a bowl for your dog. They fled like the police were chasing them. I came here to watch a movies and ordered drinks with food. The food came out early without utensils and the drinks didn't come out till I went to wait for the manager , approx 1 hour after the movie started ( took me 25 min to get a hold of a manager) . The place looks great and will do good if they fix their service ! But for now it's a 1 star for me Btw. I'm still in the movie !!

I wasn't impressed by Look. I miss ArcLight and the Cinerama Dome so much, and Look was a dismal reminder of what we've lost with those closures. The screen and sound were fine. The cinema and lobby/hallway areas were dirty and obviously well-used. We ordered drinks - no food - and they took forever to be delivered to us in our seats. We were there for a noon show; the cinema wasn't crowded. Maybe the bartenders weren't in yet. I wouldn't go out of my way to come back here. Had the most bizarre experience. Had tickets for a 10:15pm show. Get there at 10:10. There is no one there. Everything is locked up. I had been there before and had good experiences so I am super surprised. Finally, a janitor comes by so I am knocking on the door, but still nothing. After more minutes (at this point 10:25), the doors open and so I walk in but there is LITERALLY no one there. Not a single staff. Worst movie theatre I've ever been to--I had never been treated so rudely by employees and the manager at the time. It's like they wanted to scare away customers

There is a lot I like about this theater. Location, low key, comfy chairs and ordering from your seat. I have to say, though, my opinion on it has soured over the last few visits to the point that when contemplating LOOk vs a farther popular non dine-in theater in Burbank for a movie tonight I chose the Burbank theater. The Food here is absolutely disgusting , it's worse than the food you ate in elementary school from the cafeteria not only that food is served cold and stale like it's been sitting out all day it's not fresh at all!

Lived in Glendale my whole life. Actually used to work there when it was MANN theatre back in the day and remember we had bug night once a month and over night cleaners every night when I worked there to keep things clean. Obviously this place did not follow the same health code regulations. I had ants climbing on me throughout the wolverine and Deadpool movie.
