The staff are nice but every time I come here the popcorn is always cold and not fresh. I asked the staff for a fresh bowl of popcorn and got another cold one. Oh well
Seats are gross . Not worth paying to come sit here to watch a movie . I won't be coming back
Everything is okay expect the FOOD! I swear I think they use frozen food and they just probably microwave it right when you place an order. Came home and threw everything up. On top of that the horrible food is expensive. If you go here just get the usual movie food....popcorn and candy.
I take my kids here all the time, they love it. However, the last time I went I saw the manager speaking to an employee in such a harsh and condescending manner that I can't believe this place still has employees. Very unprofessional and sad. Don't waste your money here, plenty of other theaters where the employees are treated like actual people. I won't be returning.
Pretty shocking. I came back after a year and all of the leather seats are torn up in our theater. Looks like a wild dog had its way in here. Their ordering system and service is messed up too. My family is the only one in this theater and a popcorn order never came. I had to go outside to show my receipt and have them eventually bring it (which I had to go outside to get). Avoid this theater, most AMCs and Regals have caught up with better in theater experiences at this point.
I discovered this place during Covid and frequent it about once or twice a month. I love the fact that I can order drinks and food and have it delivered while watching the movie. Needless to say, I probably spend $40-$50 each time (and often organize group outings there). Yesterday, I tried to get tickets online, but the website wasn't working. Terrible service. We took our kids to a movie here. Ordered food from the QR code on the table. Waited 50 minutes for 2 sodas and popcorn for our kids. Not worth it. Not coming back.
Service is terrible. Food is steal, nachos steal, cheese sticky, popcorn steal. Seats ripped.
I like this place. It was my first visit, but I had some issues while I tried to get tickets. Also, there was a problem with my order for our food and drinks. I tried to buy tickets at Saturday for Sunday premier for "Freakier Friday" on their official website. When I got to the payment page and put in my card number and I paid for the tickets, it said "opps u have to start all over".
