Theater is worn out and pretty ragged, especially considering the ticket prices. Chairs are all worn and pretty beat up. Theaters were dirty. Bathrooms were like a splash zone and only half lit (This was in the daytime!) Food was great, though my order came 20 minutes late and was wrong. They are way understaffed. Picture and sound quality were excellent. Spend your cinema night elsewhere

Decent theater to eat and enjoy some food... The only bad thing about them is that they don't post their food prices on the downloadable pdf menu. They're pretty pricey...

I've been coming to this movie theater for years and always enjoy the experience but this review is specifically about the restaurant. Tonight, I decided to skip ordering from my seat and instead went directly to the restaurant, thinking it would be quicker. Big mistake. I placed my order with a red-haired woman with a neck tattoo: a pizza, a quesadilla, two fountain drinks, & last minute a kids' chicken tenders meal. Where to begin? So the seats are good in the sense that they're big and they recline (they recline for the legs and also the headrest), but they were all torn up. It was really unacceptable that every single chair was so torn up that I felt uncomfortable to sit down (almost turned around and walked out of the theater before the movie even started). First of all, the worst part about this place is the service. As we sat down, I attempted to place the food order online, but I needed some adjustments that I couldn't make online. I requested service twice, and no one ever showed up. I wanted to eat while watching the movie, so I decided not to delay ordering anymore. Took over an hour to bring me my frozen margarita pitcher. I'm sorry but it is just inexcusable when it take over an hour to bring someone blended ice and margaritas mix... I had high expectations for this place. Like I made a date out of coming here. Disappointing.

if i could give this theater 0 stars i would... trust me when i say... do not order any food or drinks here... period.!!!. i've been coming here for years, and to my surprise they changed they're menu drastically. their price hike on the nachos is insane with serious downgrade of the quality of chips. you might as well bring better quality chips in your bag with a dose of cheese. and they expect us to now pay $17 for a 9oz of wine now? hellz no. and you wonder why people aren't watching movies. don't come here unless yo... read more

I need a whole refund for my food service. I've been to this location back when it was two other theaters (yes, it's had more rebrands than a washed-up pop star), and every time, someone new thinks they can finally make it work.
