When they first opened the business, there were lines to the corner of the block. So I had to try their food, and I wasted my hour wait for food that I rather eat in a nice Korea restaurant then this gor the price I paid, well now I pass by and lo and behold!!! I've been wanting to try this ever since it came out and it was not what I expected. I ordered through the drive through and got the shrimp burger and fries. The shrimp burger was mediocre and it tasted soggy. I didn't even finish it because it just got so boring and greasy to eat. The lettuce didn't really taste that good. The fries were like Burger King fries - got bland so quick.

Business response:

Your feedback has been noted, Michelle, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to share your honest experience with us. We're disappointed to hear that your shrimp burger was soggy and greasy, and that both the burger and fries didn't meet your expectations after you had been looking forward to trying us. We take these concerns seriously and will work to address the quality issues you experienced to ensure our food meets the standards our customers deserve. We hope to welcome you back soon for a much better experience.
