Went here last night. The food is OK at best and way overhyped. The fries were iced cold and tasted like they've been sitting there all night. The staff should not have served that. Not going here again.

Visited on Sunday around 5 PM. Cars were lined up in the drive-thru, but no one was taking orders. I noticed five or more staff members standing with a manager, seemingly focused on an internal event while customers waited. Having managed hotel and F&B operations for over 20 years, I've never seen such poor management and disregard for service. It's disappointing -- especially for a brand that uses "Korea" in its name and reputation. Truly an embarrassment for the ownership and management team.
