Lotteria hamburger is terrible right now. It's a waste to give one star. I don't want to give it. Bulgogi hamburger has an old meat, so it smells bad, and the shrimp burger smells fishy. If you keep it like this, the store will have to close. It's best to keep the taste of the food like the first time, and you have to check it from time at the head office. I want to see the new Lotteria again

Came here because it was so popular when it first opened. Crowd finally calmed down so we visit today. Its clean, fast service. But the food just isnt our cup of tea. Food is very sweet. The cheese chicken wasnt that appetizing for us. If you like this food then maybe its for you. But if you're not used to eating food like this where its sweet umm you might not like it. Thankful to finally try it. :)

I've been to many Lotteria locations over the years, so I was genuinely excited to try the first California location. The exterior is adorable and inviting. Unfortunately, the excitement quickly faded once I stepped inside. The store was completely empty, yet the staff seemed unfriendly and avoided eye contact. Overhyped and overpriced. The picture is nothing like what was served. Photo shows the burgers with green lettuce leaves and they used sliced iceberg lettuce, not the same. Our burger came out at room temp while they had the ac on blast for no reason.

Please include ketchup with fries even if customers forget to ask. Even mcdonalds is generous enough to do so. We got the bibim rice burger and the shrimp burger. Shrimp burger is good and is the only thing that will keep us coming back. Bibim rice burger was a terrible experience. It's so big that it's hard to eat and it breaks apart easily. I had the bulgogi burger and fries with the onion sauce. It was honestly the worst burger I've had in a very long time. It was dry and honestly put together pretty sloppy. It reminded me a lot of the McRib at McDonald's. Gross. The fries were fine until I added the onion powder. It made them sweet...like caramel weirdly. Super artificial. Bulgogi burger was legit a 1/5, sad looking overcooked, artificial tasting pseudo meat with a fake sauce and a below Burger King tier bun, sad lettuce and was so unenjoyable I stopped eating it after 4 bites... even though I was hungry and wanted to love this place. From what I heard, Lotteria is a great fast food spot in Korea, so I was interested in this opening and finally tried it. It's located in Fullerton, but I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed in this launch. Maybe my expectations were too high, but the food was very much on the "It could've been better" side of things.
