Lotteria was founded in Japan in 1972 by the Lotte Group's Japanese branch (Lotte Holdings). So yes -- the original Lotteria is a Japanese company. Nothing to write home about. Food was pre-cooked and NOT fresh. Both beef & shrimp burgers were terribly cold same with the fries. The onion shake it fries had a sweet taste to it. Was expecting more of a savory taste. The cheddar shake it fries were worse. Tasted awfully artificial. The bulgogi fries came with very small amount of meat. Again fries were cold. No wonder the wait was only 6 mins to get our food. Went on a Saturday evening at 5:45pm. Would not return as In/Out is much better and the quality is fresh.

Hype is real! Long lines and price is gold. Food is overrated. Service is fine. Place is a typical food chain nothing special.

Food was okay. But the most disappointing thing was that they got my order wrong. They repeated my order correctly but when I finally checked.. they were missing a whole burger. They didn't even give me a receipt so I can't even prove that my burger was missing.

Just went to try this place out drove all the way down there fkkkknnn thing was nasty cheaper version of Burger King whopper .. a famous star will be better Lotteria slapped my burger with a shit tone of mayo ! The thing was dripping with mayo disgusting the fries where cardboard dry an hard n then added the cheese smelled like asss

They had burgers that were precooked and didn't taste that fresh. Being freshly open not a very good start for this restaurant. The service was just mediocre and wish the workers took more pride. Drive thru took forever and will prob just end up going McDonald's.

I honestly dislike giving reviews like this but scroll through my pictures and you'll see why it's meh. Starting out, walking in. There's a cashier where you can place your order with or two touchscreens you can use. I was there for the TXT post card promotion. And I placed my order with the cashier, paid and got my receipt. I drove 40 minutes with my 83-year-old mother because she was so excited to eat here. Unfortunately, the experience was a huge disappointment, and we will never return.The moment we walked in, several employees shouted "어서오세요!" in Korean at the top of their lungs. I finally made it in to Lotteria. After months of hearing disappointing reviews and feedback about this place, I tried the shrimp burger, rice burger, and their shake fries. On the Shrimp burger, I added onions and toasted buns due to people complaining the bread was soggy. This sandwhich is only good when you eat it right away.
