One and done kinda place to visit, unless they change out/add menu items? Luckily, we missed the weekend lunch rush because there wasn't a line when we arrived. There's a sign near the cash register that states only "50 bibim rice burgers per day, 1 per order". By the time we arrived at noon, they were sold out. Staff was friendly and calm, even though I know they're probably so busy with the crowds. I've visited Lotteria three times now, and overall, I'm very disappointed. First visit: I waited 2 hours for three burger combos. I expected some delays since the place was new, so I was understanding. The food itself was interesting and fairly decent. Second visit (1 month later): This time I waited 1 hour for just two burger combos. That was not okay, especially when I could clearly see dozens of finished burgers sitting in the food warmer. All the 5 stars are from Koreans because this is a import from South Korea. Their pride for a burger joint from their home country is admirable, but if you dismiss this bias than Lotteria is on par with Arby's but with a much longer wait. The Shrimp burger is what was recommended, and it has a unique taste. But, it does not warrant the one hour wait.

Not sure what the hype was about this place is awful. The burger is nice because of the different flavor but it's just fast food trash way overpriced. And no attention to quality of the product they put out the fries were cold and old and the chicken was also cold and old disgusting I'm not sure why anyone would come here Wasted $20

Got the bulgogi deluxe burger, shrimp burger, and bibim rice burger, and bingsu slush. The burger and shrimp patties were very dry inside and it was hard to chew. Best thing was the bibim rice burger which has a nice flavor to it, esp with the egg. Bingsu slush lacked layers of flavor. The quality of all these items did not match the price. The Lotteria in Korea is wayy better as I've tried it last year. Save your time & money!

We went after the lines started dying down but it was still very disappointing. The burgers were super flat and small compared to what was advertised (comparable to a McDonald's kids hamburger). And sadly they also lacked a lot of flavor. The shrimp burger was little better than the bulgogi burger, but still not worth it. Definitely just a hype.

Disgusting. I haven't written a yelp review in years and I'll absolutely delete this one. Just gross sweet and cold and covered in mayo I don't get it

It's very unfortunate when the hype is too real where the quality does not meet its hype. they forgot my order and I had to wait more than 30 minutes for burgers. People came after me finished their food and I still had to wait there. They don't even check order numbers for pickup.
