I have fond memories of eating burgers in Korea a long time ago, so I was excited when I heard this place opened here. On opening day, the line was incredibly long, and the place seemed like it was destined for success. However, after some time had passed, I decided to visit again. I was honestly so excited for this visit -- we drove an hour early in the morning just to come here. But this ended up being one of the most frustrating and disappointing fast food experiences I've ever had. We visited this lotteria location right after it opened in the morning. My husband and I were literally the second customers of the day. Shrimp burger was tasty but I do not like the seasoning because it tastes like plastic. I think the bulgogi burger was a bit too sweet for Americans taste.

The staff were too busy chatting among themselves, and the dining area was very dirty. The shrimp burger was extremely lacking in ingredients. The price was higher than In-N-Out, but the quality of the shrimp burger was far below expectations. The best thing here was the ketchup.

Disappointed Food was dry and cold! I want 23 bucks back ! Or hot food to replace the cold stuff

I was excited to try a K Burger place with my college son. We walked in and the place was busy. Didn't know what to buy so we both tried the burger combos from the kiosk since no one we could ask. There was not any open seats so we felt stressed waiting for someone to leave to grab a seat. After waiting for about 20-30 min we finally got our food. Took 30 minutes to get our food and saw other people after us get theirs first. Took ours to go since we were in a hurry and had some place to be and when we finally checked our food, one burger and an order of fries were missing! On top of that one of our burgers was probably 90% lettuce and 10% meat. Never coming back to this business again! Disappointing.

Absolutely terrible place. Don't waste your time! Employees don't know anything about the food, you can't order anything the way you want it, you can't order a bowl without the sauce for some reason (even though they just squirt it on top) there is nothing for kids to eat, and you'll be lucky if they give you all of your food. Be sure to check your bag before you leave. You can't even add a 2nd patty to regular burger! I'll NEVER come back here and NEVER recommend this place. Portions were small and tasted terrible!
