I heard the hype about this place and decided to come by for lunch. The kiosk made it super easy to order and see pictures of the food. The place was clean and the interior was nice. What I ordered: Bibim Rice Burger 3/5 The flavors were good but it fell apart while eating. Maybe it just needs to be put together better or seared more on the grill. To be fair my experience was probably a 3.5 , came here and since I had to charge my Tesla this location was a plus! Walking in, I went directly to the restroom. There was a combo code and somebody from staff just told me the code right away which I thought was nice. The restaurant in general was very clean. The staff was cleaning and you can tell they really tried, that being said when I got my cup directly from the staff, there was an ant on it I asked her to replace it no big deal it happens. After seeing billboards for this place, I honestly thought it had to be some amazing new burger spot. Unfortunately, my experience was the exact opposite. The food didn't make a good first impression. The presentation alone left a lot to be desired. The Chicken Sandwich looked hastily assembled, with a squished bun, lettuce spilling everywhere, and a giant chicken filet awkwardly hanging out the sides. I was pretty disappointed with the food. The burger tasted off, like something wasn't quite right. The fries looked dark brown, as if they had been refried, and they tasted like they were cooked in old oil. Overall, the quality was poor. The only thing I actually enjoyed was the Pepsi. At least the Pepsi was good -- this place might be more of a Pepsi spot than a burger spot.

Cool to try once but def not worth the hype lol. Bulgogi fries were okay at best, fries tasted weird... burger was okay at best too. I'd rather just go to kbbq lol

1 star cause fries were hot and I can't leave a 0- 2nd star because they serve Pepsi. Nothing special about this place. Shrimp burger was tasteless. Tartar sauce carried it. Asked for any type of house sauce they said we only have ketchup. Wouldn't come back. Seems like a worst version of Burger King if Burger King was Korean.

They don't melt their cheese. Bulgogi is not my taste at all. Last time I'm ever eating anything "bUlLgOgi" style. They forgot my sauces (if they have any)

The shrimp burger is good, not great. Frys are average; better with cheese sprinkle powder on it. The onion flavor sucks. Nothing special about the burgers. The chicken sucks, hard greasy and mostly batter. If I go back and try the bowls, I'll hoping the bowls are better,
