1 star cause fries were hot and I can't leave a 0- 2nd star because they serve Pepsi. Nothing special about this place. Shrimp burger was tasteless. Tartar sauce carried it. Asked for any type of house sauce they said we only have ketchup. Wouldn't come back. Seems like a worst version of Burger King if Burger King was Korean.

They don't melt their cheese. Bulgogi is not my taste at all. Last time I'm ever eating anything "bUlLgOgi" style. They forgot my sauces (if they have any)

The shrimp burger is good, not great. Frys are average; better with cheese sprinkle powder on it. The onion flavor sucks. Nothing special about the burgers. The chicken sucks, hard greasy and mostly batter. If I go back and try the bowls, I'll hoping the bowls are better,

I ordered two Double Bulgogi Burgers to go, but when I got home, I discovered that I had been given two Double Shrimp Burgers instead. The shrimp burgers were even wrapped in Double Bulgogi Burger packaging,

The food was so terrible that even one star feels too generous. It was too cold inside and food was bad.

We got our order quickly, but when we got home we found out that instead of a double shrimp burger they gave us bulgogi deluxe burger. This is the second time we ordered shrimp but got a bulgogi burger instead. The food was still warm and good but we were disappointed :(

Food is ok - But, if you do not know how to improve your speed of making burgers pls don't make any promotions! It's going to scare customers away. Ordered at 7:10pm for the Mother's Day promo, had to wait for more than one hour to get the food. This is not a fast food restaurant. Albert's is frustrated because you didn't improve and learned from your grand opening nightmare.

First time coming to try this place and I just have to say the staff is terrible. The workers look like they hate their job. I'm not sure where they go but they seem to enjoy hiding from customers rather than actually helping them. That's why I had to order at the kiosk. Some girl then came out called my order number and left the food on the counter and went back to hiding. I remember all the hype about this place, but I waited months after the opening to give them time to get their stuff together. service was fine and fast. But I think that's where the good stuff stops. Tried the double bulgogi burger and unfortunately it was coldish. And it was not a down time either, I came Sunday lunch time and there were no tables left. So not sure why they felt they had to precook the burger and not keep it warm at least.
