Heard about their Korean style burgers and decided to check them out. The Bulgogi Burger had a great flavor but was very messy. It had way too much mayo and way too much lettuce. The Shrimp Burger was even better than the Bulgogi Burger (and not as messy). It was nice and crispy on the outside, while juicy and flavorful on the inside. Restaurant was nice and clean, and service was prompt.

Business response:

We are grateful for your feedback, Dan! It's wonderful to hear that you enjoyed our Korean style burgers, especially the Shrimp Burger with its crispy exterior and juicy, flavorful inside. We appreciate you noting that our restaurant was clean and our service was prompt. We'll definitely take your feedback about the Bulgogi Burger having too much mayo and lettuce to heart as we work to perfect our recipes. We hope to welcome you back soon for another great experience!

Every time we drove by, the lines were super long. Finally made it in to try the shrimp burger and the bulgogi burger. Wanted to try the bibim rice burger as well, but they only sell 50 a day, which sounds unusually low. Not sure why they capped it at 50 bibim rice burger a day. The drive through line is always long, so don't park too close to the store or else you will have a hard time getting out of the parking lot. The dining area is not that big, so it is not easy to find a table. Be prepared to take your food to go. The... read more

We acknowledge your feedback, Magaret, and truly appreciate you taking the time to share your detailed experience with us. We understand your concerns about the long wait times, limited seating, and the disappointment with the fries and portion sizes - these are areas we take seriously and are working to improve. We're glad you were able to try our bulgogi and shrimp burgers, and that you found the bingsu dessert enjoyable, even though we recognize the overall experience didn't meet your expectations. We'll work hard to make... read more

Food was delicious and it was worth the long wait! Tasted just like it did in Korea. I got the bulgogi burger and would come back to try the shrimp burger.

Business response:

We greatly appreciate your wonderful review, Hyunjin! We're thrilled that our bulgogi burger delivered that authentic Korean taste you were hoping for and that it was worth the wait. We can't wait to welcome you back to try the shrimp burger - we think you'll love it just as much!

We stopped by Lotteria in Fullerton to check out the hype, and overall it was an okay experience. We ordered the shrimp burger, bulgogi burger, and onion shaken fries (see picture). The burgers were decent -- the shrimp burger was mild in flavor and the bulgogi burger patty was good however sauce was just ok. It was a bit messy. We actually wanted to try the rice burger, but they had already run out, which was a little disappointing. The highlight for me was definitely the fries. They give you a little seasoning packet and ... read more

I was so happy to find the Shrimp Burger here, it instantly reminded me of the one I used to enjoy in Korea. It's actually even bigger and more filling than what I had back home, and the taste is almost identical. The wait was a little long, but absolutely worth it once I took the first bite. I'll definitely be coming back!

Business response:

Thanks for sharing your wonderful experience with our Shrimp Burger! We're thrilled that it brought back those special memories from Korea and that you found it even bigger and more filling than expected. We understand the wait was a bit long, but we're so glad the authentic taste made it worthwhile. We hope to welcome you back soon!

Waited a long time in the drive-thru, but it was worth to try if you have time out of your day. The shrimp burger was fresh and tasty, and I loved the fries with the fun seasoning powders. Will definitely come back once the hype dies down.

This place was mid. In and out and shake shack is way better. The French fries w onion isn't good as potato corner . There was no wait. Prices was reasonable though.

Tried Lotteria on a Saturday lunch and it was packed. The line to go inside was literally out onto the street. We opted for the drive-thru and still ended up waiting just under 45 minutes. We ordered a K-BBQ bowl, a bulgogi burger, and a fried chicken bowl. The food was alright... definitely what you'd expect from fast food, nothing gourmet, but also nothing bad. The guy at the window recommended the ice cream, so we gave it a try too. Personally, I didn't love it (probably just not a fan of red beans), so it wasn't really ... read more

It's ok, probably won't go back though. Little too expensive for what it is. Both shrimp and bulgogi burgers are fine. Powdered seasoning for fries isn't good at all. Drive thru line was very short but took a really long time. You can also see everyone inside from the drive thu.
