Food service and ambiance was 10/10 come for quick bulgogi deluxe combo shake fries shake chicken bibim burger was a little hard to eat feel apart after 1 bite but delicious

It's frustrating that some Korean developers interpret this great item only in a Korean way. In the U.S., a hamburger is both a snack and a full meal -- you need to make it hearty, fill it with generous ingredients, and size it up to truly compete in the American burger market. I hope they take advantage of the K-culture trend and create something that can really stand out.

I stopped in on a Friday around 2pm and there wasn't really much wait, probably around 10min between ordering and receiving food. Service was polite and the tables were clean! I got the shrimp burger combo with the onion shake it fries, both of which were yummy. I love that I can finally get this style of shrimp burger in the U.S., I haven't seen them outside of Asia. Will definitely be back to try the rice burger and the bulgogi and shrimp burger.

Lotteria hamburger is terrible right now. It's a waste to give one star. I don't want to give it. Bulgogi hamburger has an old meat, so it smells bad, and the shrimp burger smells fishy. If you keep it like this, the store will have to close. It's best to keep the taste of the food like the first time, and you have to check it from time at the head office. I want to see the new Lotteria again

Came here because it was so popular when it first opened. Crowd finally calmed down so we visit today. Its clean, fast service. But the food just isnt our cup of tea. Food is very sweet. The cheese chicken wasnt that appetizing for us. If you like this food then maybe its for you. But if you're not used to eating food like this where its sweet umm you might not like it. Thankful to finally try it. :)

I've been to many Lotteria locations over the years, so I was genuinely excited to try the first California location. The exterior is adorable and inviting. Unfortunately, the excitement quickly faded once I stepped inside. The store was completely empty, yet the staff seemed unfriendly and avoided eye contact.
