처음에는 시행착오인지 몰라도 조금은 부족했으나, 지금은 충분히 좋아졌고, 주문하고 음식 나오는 것도 납득가능한 수준이다. 맛도 좋아졌고, 손님응대하는 것도 많이 발전했다.

Got to eat the shrimp burgers today and it was unexpectedly very good. It was soft inside and crunchy outside and can taste the shrimp.

First time coming to try this place and I just have to say the staff is terrible. The workers look like they hate their job. I'm not sure where they go but they seem to enjoy hiding from customers rather than actually helping them. That's why I had to order at the kiosk. Some girl then came out called my order number and left the food on the counter and went back to hiding. I remember all the hype about this place, but I waited months after the opening to give them time to get their stuff together. service was fine and fast. But I think that's where the good stuff stops. Tried the double bulgogi burger and unfortunately it was coldish. And it was not a down time either, I came Sunday lunch time and there were no tables left. So not sure why they felt they had to precook the burger and not keep it warm at least. Had a genuinely frustrating experience at Lotteria in Fullerton. The food quality was shockingly poor--everything tasted like it had been sitting out way too long. My burger was dry, barely warm, and just bland across the board. Nothing tasted fresh, and the textures were off enough that I didn't even want to finish it. Do not ever go here. This place turned into a joke. Today, I went here for late lunch. This was my second time visit after the grand opening. Inside of the restaurant was empty, and I could understand the exact reason right after I received my order. I ordered one bulgogi burger combo, and it was an absolute trash for almost 14 dollars. French fries were cold, and the beef patty inside of the hamburger was very small and super dry. The bulgogi burger sauce wasn't the same sauce that I tasted during their grand opening. Worst fries I have ever tasted. The powder makes it even worse. I'm glad I wasn't the one that had to wait in a 3 hour line during the grand opening months ago. The burgers are so meh, nothing special. I'm sure this place will close down as nobody really goes there anymore. This place makes McDonald's look appetizing. Don't waste your money or hunger here. Service was also meh.
