Went on a Saturday ordered a shrimp hamburger with fries and a drink. Overall, it tasted pretty good and the prices were OK. Parking is OK and good customer service. Will definitely be returning.

Food was delicious...this was our first time here so we tried their bulgogi burgers and also their fries. Fries were good but when it came to the flavors kinda disappointed it was powder we needed to put over our fries. Staff is friendly and location indoor seating is okay in size but definitely kept clean.

It's good a worth a try. I've been wanting to check out this place all summer but I heard there were super long lines. I visited recently about an hour before their closing time and there was absolutely no wait. Glad we waited. Don't get me wrong. The food is good. And this is definitely a unique taste. It's just not, stand in line for hours good. I had a shrimp burger, which is pretty much a "fish filet" you would get anywhere else. I ordered 6 shrimp burgers and 1 kbbq chicken burger (sauce on the side) today. Drove all the way home which is 30 mins away and realized that we are missing the chicken burger. They put the "chicken" burger in a separate bag with the spicy sauce on a small container but inside was not chicken burger but shrimp burger. Very disappointed for their mistake.

Bad customer service. I placed an order and combined with the coupon I had. Then my friend wanted to place an order with their promotion and they denied saying we cannot combine coupon with promotion. But we have 2 orders, paid separately. And his attitude is very mean.

Terrible food. Heard all the hype when it first opened and decided to come here. I'm the only one dining inside. Not even one car at drive thru. I'd rather eat mcdonald than here. Food taste horrible. Korea will be very disappointed

I was looking forward to trying out lotteria but service and food were severely disappointing. I came during a lunch rush (12:30 pm) and the staff was disorganized. You can see in the food was piling up, no one to give out orders, drive thru was gridlocked and there were 3 guys making food. Not a sign order went out for 15 mins. There was no one manning the fries station so it took even longer for the person completing orders. I don't really blame the workers....there was clearly no structure. Our anniversary promotion brought in more people than we were staffed for that day, but that is our planning problem, not yours, and fifteen minutes with orders sitting on the line is not acceptable either way. I ordered the rice bowl. The presentation was terrible. Looked like someone just threw the ingredients together without care. The burger was dry and the lettuce stale. The fries when cold. The chicken sandwich was the best of item in the order with tasty seasoning. With all the hype about Lotteria we expected more. We will not be returning.
