Disappointed Food was dry and cold! I want 23 bucks back ! Or hot food to replace the cold stuff

I was excited to try a K Burger place with my college son. We walked in and the place was busy. Didn't know what to buy so we both tried the burger combos from the kiosk since no one we could ask. There was not any open seats so we felt stressed waiting for someone to leave to grab a seat. After waiting for about 20-30 min we finally got our food. Took 30 minutes to get our food and saw other people after us get theirs first. Took ours to go since we were in a hurry and had some place to be and when we finally checked our food, one burger and an order of fries were missing! On top of that one of our burgers was probably 90% lettuce and 10% meat. Never coming back to this business again! Disappointing.

Absolutely terrible place. Don't waste your time! Employees don't know anything about the food, you can't order anything the way you want it, you can't order a bowl without the sauce for some reason (even though they just squirt it on top) there is nothing for kids to eat, and you'll be lucky if they give you all of your food. Be sure to check your bag before you leave. You can't even add a 2nd patty to regular burger! I'll NEVER come back here and NEVER recommend this place. Portions were small and tasted terrible!

I got a shrimp burger and shaken fries -- both were really good! The flavors reminded me of the ones I used to have back in Korea, which made me feel nostalgic. However, the wait time was way too long. There were only two people ahead of me, yet dozens waiting for their orders. It took a little over 40 minutes to get my food, which is pretty crazy for a fast food spot. Great taste, but they really need to work on their speed and order management.

I heard that after grand opening there was a ridiculous wait time. So I waited until the hype died down a little. So I finally went and there were almost nobody 1 hour before closing, and only 3 cars in front of me in the drive-thru HOWEVER, we ended up waiting 25 minutes to pick up our food after ordering in drive-thru Food wise it's literally same taste/flavor as what you get in Korea which is good and bad depending on your taste. This is not Lotteria. The bulgogi burger was dry and flavorless, fries were soggy. Food tasted bad. Way too overhyped not coming back anytime soon.
