I drove 40 minutes with my 83-year-old mother because she was so excited to eat here. I finally made it in to Lotteria. After months of hearing disappointing reviews and feedback about this place, I tried the shrimp burger, rice burger, and their shake fries. On the Shrimp burger, I added onions and toasted buns due to people complaining the bread was soggy. This sandwhich is only good when you eat it right away. Went here last night. The food is OK at best and way overhyped. The fries were iced cold and tasted like they've been sitting there all night. The staff should not have served that. Not going here again.

Visited on Sunday around 5 PM. Cars were lined up in the drive-thru, but no one was taking orders. I noticed five or more staff members standing with a manager, seemingly focused on an internal event while customers waited. Having managed hotel and F&B operations for over 20 years, I've never seen such poor management and disregard for service. It's disappointing -- especially for a brand that uses "Korea" in its name and reputation. Truly an embarrassment for the ownership and management team.

Bulgogi Deluxe Burger: 2/5 This was not good y'all. I'm not really into bulgogi and this was the worst kind. It was dry, too sweet, and has that weird aftertaste you get from old bulgogi (I really can't explain this one). I was honestly so excited for this visit -- we drove an hour early in the morning just to come here. Shrimp burger was tasty but I do not like the seasoning because it tastes like plastic. I think the bulgogi burger was a bit too sweet for Americans taste.

The staff were too busy chatting among themselves, and the dining area was very dirty. The shrimp burger was extremely lacking in ingredients. The price was higher than In-N-Out, but the quality of the shrimp burger was far below expectations. The best thing here was the ketchup.
