Do not waste your money. The food is nasty and tasteless. The best things is the fries and when I added the onion seasoning it messed them up too. The onion seasoning is disgusting. It smells like sweet perfume. And has a god awful taste. I don't know who came up with this menu or the flavors but they need to be fired. A waste of $20 dollars. As nasty as this was the it should be free. I wouldn't even buy this for the hungry homeless person... eeeewwwwyuck!!!

Such a disappointment! Overall very sweet and the quality of the burgers was not great. Much pricier than typical burger from In &out or Carl's Junior. Their shaved ice was good but not amazing.
Business response:
We are sorry to hear about your disappointing experience with us, Sandy. Lotteria is a one-trick pony for me. If you're coming here, come only for the shrimp burger. That's the standout and honestly the only reason I'd return. It's crispy, flavorful, and actually lives up to the hype. Everything else on the menu is pretty underwhelming. The other burgers, sides, and overall experience feel forgettable and not worth going out of your way for. Nothing is bad per se, just very "meh" compared to the shrimp burger. Bottom line: order the shrimp burger and don't bother experimenting beyond that.
It's ok, probably won't go back though. Little too expensive for what it is. Both shrimp and bulgogi burgers are fine. Powdered seasoning for fries isn't good at all. Drive thru line was very short but took a really long time. You can also see everyone inside from the drive thu.
"Lotteria's Bulgogi Burger in Korea was a taste I could never forget. So living in the U.S., I was really excited to try it again here -- but the moment I took a bite, I was so disappointed. The flavor was completely different, and the quality was so poor compared to the one in Korea."

Nothing to write home about. Food was pre-cooked and NOT fresh. Both beef & shrimp burgers were terribly cold same with the fries. The onion shake it fries had a sweet taste to it. Was expecting more of a savory taste. The cheddar shake it fries were worse. Tasted awfully artificial. The bulgogi fries came with very small amount of meat. Again fries were cold. No wonder the wait was only 6 mins to get our food. Went on a Saturday evening at 5:45pm. Would not return as In/Out is much better and the quality is fresh.
Business response:
It's unfortunate to hear about your disappointing experience with us, Kaylee. We sincerely apologize that your beef and shrimp burgers, along with all your fries, were served cold and that the food wasn't fresh as it should be. We understand your frustration with the artificial taste of the cheddar shake it fries, the unexpectedly sweet onion shake it fries, and the small portion of meat on your bulgogi fries. We take your feedback seriously and will work hard to ensure our food quality and temperature standards are properly... read more
