2 stars for the staffs who handed out water and umbrella for the lines. Food was not worth the long wait under the sun

When they first opened the business, there were lines to the corner of the block. So I had to try their food, and I wasted my hour wait for food that I rather eat in a nice Korea restaurant then this gor the price I paid, well now I pass by and lo and behold!!! I've been wanting to try this ever since it came out and it was not what I expected. I ordered through the drive through and got the shrimp burger and fries. The shrimp burger was mediocre and it tasted soggy. I didn't even finish it because it just got so boring and greasy to eat. The lettuce didn't really taste that good. The fries were like Burger King fries - got bland so quick.

I felt like the hype died down at Lotteria, so I drove over to Fullerton to check it out. Although I'm not a sucker for shrimp dishes, the Shrimp Burger sounded so good for a quick evening meal. The shrimp patty on the burger is lightly breaded and crispy but I thought it was a bit oily for my liking. As a Korean, I wanted to support them. I tried their burgers last time and also had the chicken and fries. I remember the chicken being good, so I've been telling my friends that their chicken is unique, juicy, and tasty. This time, I didn't order a burger--I ordered only the chicken with fries. It was totally disappointing. I almost asked for a refund. The fries were dry, and the chicken was very stiff and hard to chew.
The burgers were small but surprisingly filling! We got the regular cheeseburger with an egg and grilled onions. It was good. The bim bim rice burger was super hard to eat!! I wasn't a fan. It's worth a try - stick with the bun burgers. Considered fast food - service was quick. Gave them 3 stars for being organized. Order from a kiosk.... They give you seasoning. Chicken nuggets were salty. They should clear the trash more often. It was kinda messy in there!

Very disappointed with the burger. The sauce was cold and gelatinous, the meat was tasteless and dry, the bread wasn't toasted or warmed up, the lettuce was the only flavorful component of the burger, we ate that first. I wouldn't recommend even trying it.
For how hyped it was when they first opened, I expected more. We got the bulgogi and shrimp burgers, and something was left to be desired in both. Ingredients were very mild tasting and there wasn't much texture from the bun or patties. Overall, I was left pretty underwhelmed. I liked the shrimp burger slightly more for the mayonnaise. The fries aren't too different from McDonald's fries. I like how the powder in the onion fries was a little sweet.

Do not waste your money. The food is nasty and tasteless. The best things is the fries and when I added the onion seasoning it messed them up too. The onion seasoning is disgusting. It smells like sweet perfume. And has a god awful taste. I don't know who came up with this menu or the flavors but they need to be fired. A waste of $20 dollars. As nasty as this was the it should be free. I wouldn't even buy this for the hungry homeless person... eeeewwwwyuck!!!
