How hard it is to order burger well done, no bread, just lettuce. Costumer service poor, food : worst hamburger ever. Do not come to this place.

I wanted to love this place. I have seen it all over social media and it looks delicious that I just had to bookmark this place. Lets start by the wait time. I went through the drive thru near 1:30p on a weekday. There was no line. I was the only vehicle. No car infront or behind me. It waited 7minutes to get food from the time I paid. Their burger is nothing compare to their advertise. On the advertisement they show at least a 1/4 lb burger. They also show green leaf fresh lettuce. They serve a small patty where it looks like all bun. The lettuce is the white part leaf of iceburg lettuce and a very small portion.. Not worth the money. Total false advertisement.

The chicken bowl I ordered was good, but I left feeling unsatisfied because of what happened during my visit. The manager was rude to her employees and did not help them at all. She stayed on her phone while the employees were working hard. I'm not sure what her name was, but she was wearing a different uniform, so I could tell she was a manager. Watching that behavior made the environment uncomfortable and ruined what could have been a good experience.

When they first opened the business, there were lines to the corner of the block. So I had to try their food, and I wasted my hour wait for food that I rather eat in a nice Korea restaurant then this gor the price I paid, well now I pass by and lo and behold!!! I've been wanting to try this ever since it came out and it was not what I expected. I ordered through the drive through and got the shrimp burger and fries. The shrimp burger was mediocre and it tasted soggy. I didn't even finish it because it just got so boring and greasy to eat. The lettuce didn't really taste that good. The fries were like Burger King fries - got bland so quick.

I felt like the hype died down at Lotteria, so I drove over to Fullerton to check it out. Although I'm not a sucker for shrimp dishes, the Shrimp Burger sounded so good for a quick evening meal. The shrimp patty on the burger is lightly breaded and crispy but I thought it was a bit oily for my liking. As a Korean, I wanted to support them. I tried their burgers last time and also had the chicken and fries. I remember the chicken being good, so I've been telling my friends that their chicken is unique, juicy, and tasty. This time, I didn't order a burger--I ordered only the chicken with fries. It was totally disappointing. I almost asked for a refund. The fries were dry, and the chicken was very stiff and hard to chew.
