I have taken my pets to Love Pet Hospital for almost a decade now and I couldn't be more pleased. I appreciate the holistic approach they take with my fur babies and the staff are amazing. They treat my dog and cats with care, patience, and know that they are more than just pets to me, they are my family. I recommend LPH to any pet owner who wants that extra love and care. They are the best at what they do.

I have a hard time keeping my reviews short when I so passionately love the business and people I'm reviewing and this review will be no exception. My elderly rat terrier lost interest in eating a few months ago. We called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Love and Betty (who has since become one of my favorites there) urged us to come in sooner. Normally we see Dr Davenport. I love her. She gets on the floor with the dogs and interacts with them. It took a long time to find a vet that was caring and didn't make me feel like I had to remind them who I was and who my dogs were. This week we had to go to Dr Love. It was an emergency and it ended with us having to put down one of our dogs. He was sick and there wasn't any other realistic option. The entire staff was wonderful through the process. The epitome of good customer service. Always accommodating and quick to follow up. I truly believe the staff cares for each animal they treat. They have gone above and beyond for me several times when my kittens health was in danger and I'm not sure I would trust anyone else with his life. Amazed.

I can't believe my dog and I lived in Austin for nearly 5 years before discovering Dr. Davenport and Love Pet Hospital. I have never, in decades of having pets, had the compassionate, comprehensive, professional level of care that I experience here every single time I go. We've been for both check ups, curiosities and acute pain, and yes, while I have had to wait a couple of weeks for a check up appt, they have let me come right in whenever there is something urgent going on. Our poor poochie had a urinary infection and was feeling poorly. We took her in for her appointment, we were on time and so were they. Once again great customer service and our Chocolate Lab is on her way to recovery. THANKS so much to the staff of Love Pet Hospital for treating our pet as if it were theirs.

Love Love Love this place! I had a bad experience with a different vet so I came here and it was like a dream! Everyone there (staff, vets, etc) has been amazingly friendly and helpful every time I've been here. The vets are wonderful with cats and know what they are doing! Rather than immediately grabbing my cat to poke and prod her (like our previous vet would do), the vet here gave my cat a few minutes to sniff things out, develop trust, and choose to come up to the vet herself. Last week Dr Wagoner Saved my 22 year old cat - she was dying. thank you to all who helped Odie live through the night and continue - she is still jumping up on the bed and goes into the hydration room every morning to get her fancy feast and hydration fluids thank you again Suzanne & Odie

Excellent vet care for our two cats, ages 18&16. Dr. Wisbrock is very comfortable with our cats (not all vets are...) and he helped us make difficult decisions.
