At this great Vet Hospital, usually Dr. D takes care of my past and present pets, but this last few times Dr. Geoffrey Wisbrock has taking care of my Cat Darius and Dog Dante, we have 4 dogs and a cat all seen here...Dr Wisbrock is totally awesome he took care of Dante in a up most professional,efficient and caring way. When I moved to Austin, I was much more worried about my pug than myself, so even though I don't have a doctor yet, Stella has a vet. We've been there twice and both experiences have been really great. Yes, it's a little pricey, but as long as they take good care of my pup, I'm okay with that. The vet we saw on the first visit let Stella lick his face and mouth as he examined her, and seemed genuinely okay with that. I've been with Love Pet for about 4 years now and i just love how nice and attentive the front desk is! its always been an easy visit. they love my pet like i love my pet and for a vet office they are quick and friendly. highly recommend them!

I just took my little cat Margot to Dr. Huckabee for Advanced Allergy Therapeutics, and boy, was I totally blown away. She spent an hour with my kitty, figuring out exactly what she's allergic to that's making her itch and bite herself to death. She sat with Margot on the floor while a vet tech and I helped hold her and make her calm, and tested for all possible allergens using digital imaging, and then acupressure to alleviate her allergy to what the Dr. figured out was weeds...among 16 other things. I absolutely adore Love Pet Hospital! The vets and the rest of the staff are kind and caring and I feel confident in leaving our dogs in their care. We started bringing our two dogs to Love Pet shortly after moving to Austin in 2003 because, one, I wanted holistic health care (Western and Eastern) for our dogs and, two, I was drawn to the name. I absolutely LOVE this vet's office. The staff are always friendly and super helpful! Just yesterday my little pup got into some vitamins and I called the vet and they were able to work with me over the phone, instead of requiring me to come into the office to talk with the vet and incur any sort of office fee. The staff and the vets genuinely care about animals and their human clients, too. This is the best vet experience in Austin if you have a sick pet in need of really good care. Staff: The staff is genuinely friendly and understanding and they go the extra mile to make sure you're taken care of. Actually, I can easily say that they're the friendliest, most caring staff of any vet clinic in town, hands-down. Wow, these people are amazing! I had to find a new vet after the people in Cedar Park who were part of my old vet's practice all seemed to disappear. I found a wonderful place near me, but my older dogs with arthritis just needed more than traditional veterinary can provide. My new vet recommended that I might try taking my 10 year old miniature dachshund to Dr Love; my vet is interning for acupuncture under Dr Love.
