My recent visit to Loving Care was a bit of an emergency. My chihuahua had somehow injured herself when I let her out. Upon coming back in she was not walking on her hind leg. It looked like she had gotten a thorn or something in her foot. I tried to remove it with tweezers, but she wouldn't let me near it. My cat has allergies and the vets at Loving Care have been very helpful in treating her. Unlike the vet I used before, (who was very rough with my cat and told me she needed to be sedated to be looked at) the vets at Loving Care are very gentle and have no problem in treating her.
Our pup does not do well at the vet. They understand this and really make it a very pleasant and easy experience. The vet and staff are amazing.
We moved from downtown to the suburbs and loved our previous vet (Blum Animal Hospital) so it was going to be tough to top that but Loving Care has done it! Great staff and DVMs, friendly, efficient, great appointment availability, everything clean and easy to get to. Our dog walking service recommended and we are glad we listened!!
I have a beautiful guinea pig who is losing hair on the sides of her body. Most veterinarians only treat cats and dogs, so I was very glad to fine Loving Care Animal Hospital in Palatine, which treats guinea pigs and other exotic animals. Service was excellent. We were taken promptly, and the staff who saw us listened carefully to my concerns, and then gently examined Sophia. My cat got really sick and I was very worried. I made an appointment here and they got me in the same day. Everyone there was great and very helpful. My cat started to feel much better soon after our visit. They called several times to follow up and I was extremely pleased for the care I received. I found my new vet and could not be happier with the service.
We have been bringing our Bunnies to LCAH for almost 2 years and we are thrilled to have found them. We were going to another Vet but were not pleased. I fully recommend Loving Care.
Great staff. I've been going to Loving Care for years and always felt my dogs received good care. Whether its a visit once a year or more often when they got older, my dogs were in good hands.
