Made a appointment for grooming my dog. They asked me to send over all vaccine records which i did right away. Not sure why it was not checked right away by them Did not explain that rabies shot is not enough to be groomed. After i walked over and waited 5 minutes on phone then told me that her other vaccine has to be up to date. Never had issues with other groomers. Did not tell me this on the phone. Spoke with Ashley about my issue who was rude and condescending.

Requested copies of the medical records for my cat so I could see his lab values for myself. The veterinarian (whom I have never met in person), questioned my reason for wanting them. I told her that I paid for them, I just wanted to see them for myself. She asked me if I were a veterinarian. I responded no, but I used to be a nurse. My regular vet is closed on Tuesdays, so that seems to be the day I aways need a vet! made an appointment they made accommodations for my lil kitten who was very lethargic. I felt like I was at a used car dealership. Two girls tag teamed me trying to figure out how much I could spend! We were going here for a year and a half for regular checkups/shots and a couple concerns with our puppy. The staff were very friendly, but the service wasn't great. The doctors seem knowledgeable, but I always felt like we had to ask plenty of questions to get all the information or to even understand what they were saying. They didn't explain things very well themselves. First let me say I have been involved with dog rescue for over 14 years and have seen many veterinarians. I have never paid such a HIGH price for an examination and test. I have never been quoted such a HIGH price for surgery. The staff was polite. The veterinarian was cold and clinical. I brought my 11-year-old dog in for the first time to have some lumps examined. I began bringing my Golden Retriever, Lucy, to you in 2014 when I changed veterinarians. This year was no different, other than I wanted her left eye examined more thoroughly than in the past visits, which were not determined by you or your staff to not be of any serious concern. Dr Carlson is the worst vet I have Ever seen..no compassion at all..My dog died he was eight years old and had bladder stones. He was put under for too long and had a stroke I was heartbroken ...I wouldn't take any animal to her!!!!! I WANT EVERYONE TO KNOW. DONT GO TO HER PLEASE...!!!!!!!

Total money grab, the actual veterinarian we first saw seemed rude and they conclusively falsely diagnosed my dog with cancer, once they did all the expensive medical testing they stopped reaching out and were extremely reluctant to send my dogs medical information to me, knowing I would be taking him somewhere else for actual treatment. The technicians who'd come in before the vet were very pleasant but that was the only pleasant part of my visits there. I don't want to post a drawn out review and sound like I'm ranting. Just find someone else for your pet. This place is just looking to bill you for whatever they can and as much as possible.
