My dog has been a patient at loving care for 4 years and this last time we were there I was so disappointed in how unprofessional the staff was! we have been trying to figure out why my dog has urinating issues. it's been a long and expensive process. Although we've been very pleased with our vet at loving care I was more than disappointed when I hustled to arrive by 6 PM tonight to pick up two prescriptions for our dog. I walked in at 5:55 and I was told the cash registers were closed. I would not be able to pick up my order and now I have to wait until Saturday since I'm out of town rest of the week. If you want to close at 5:55 simply put that on your hours - don't say you are open till six and then close early

You're right, and we do communicate that we close our down our systems 10-15 minutes prior to close to complete the financial side of the business for the day. We also won't schedule doctor or tech appointments that close to close either. When you phone in your request for medication, we do tell you your medications will be ready in 24 hours, these were called in, in June and early September.
I hate having to leave two reviews one on here and Google but I'm honestly so upset over the behavior of front desk today, I've never left a bad review anywhere and never thought I'd be leaving one here! I started with this new veterinarian practice with my new puppy and up until about he was 5 months old (August 2021), I was satisfied with his care at Loving Care Animal Hospital. I had an appointment already scheduled for a vaccine when I noticed the day before the appointment that one of his ears appeared inflamed and looked like the start of an ear infection. Im not even a regular pt yet i was just trying to book a appointment for the first time for our pets but they have me on hold for so long and said that they'll give a call back but never did i had to call 4 times and a front desk lady was being really rude and saying oh we're too busy. BEWARE!!! We had an unpleasant experience with Loving care Animal Hospital recently. However, our experience with some of the their staff seem to hold their own in a caring, professional manner such as Gwen... I had a very unfortunate experience with the exotic vet and staff at this location. I brought my ferrets in for vaccinations and the vet didn't know to properly hold a ferret while doing this so he ended up poking the needle right through the skin and then had to inject him again! I was so shocked and didn't know what to say at first so I called back later with my concerns and was not taken seriously. Made a appointment for grooming my dog. They asked me to send over all vaccine records which i did right away. Not sure why it was not checked right away by them Did not explain that rabies shot is not enough to be groomed. After i walked over and waited 5 minutes on phone then told me that her other vaccine has to be up to date. Never had issues with other groomers. Did not tell me this on the phone. Spoke with Ashley about my issue who was rude and condescending.
