Loving Care Animal Hospital is great! I just started taking my dog here and everyone was very caring and professional. My dog can be difficult at the vet and will not sit still for an exam. They handled her like a pro. We both left very happy! I also had an appointment with Ashley, their groomer, and the only word to describe her is awesome! She took all of the time that was needed in order to see that my dog was comfortable and had done a great job grooming her. I will definitely be back!

We are really happy my wife and I decided to take our Boxer Pup here! We were at a different vet in Palatine and it felt more like a sales pitch every visit.... Since our switch, Loving Care has been so kind, helpful and caring. They truly have a passion for their work and love the animals you bring in. The prices seem lower than the old vet, too! So that rules. Good to know we have such a close vet that will provide quality work.

I took my cat to Loving Care in Palatine. The ladies who greeted us were friendly and escorted us to an exam room. After waiting for maybe 3 minutes Dennis came in who was so friendly my nerves seemed to calm and i felt I was in the right place. Dennis listened to me about my kitties allergies and gave her a once over getting weight and so on. I was offered a sample package of hypoallergenic food before I purchase it and a free Frontline when my baby heals. Next Dr. Merrill came in and I knew I had a new Doc for my fur kid!... read more

I love this vet so much. My mom is writing this review since I can't. My mom and Dad have taken me to Loving Care since 2/13/07 when I was just a wee 3 months old puppy right now I'm going on 10yrs. I made a lot of friends here. Sometimes I forget that when I done here I need to go home. In the last few years with old age setting in my legs have been a little worse than when I was young, but that's old age!! We love this place! They genuinely care about the animals. When my Max was in kidney failure, Dr. Carlson stopped in to check on him in the middle of the night even though she had babies at home. They have been very flexible when we put our two dogs down to make sure the timing was just right and we had plenty of final moments with them. Such compassionate people!

Love this vet!! Took my little kitty in for a check up and they were so good with her. From the vet assistant to the vet herself, amazing! My family has been going here for years and they are just great!

So far, everything has gone well for our two dogs here. The staff and vets are very nice and and you can tell they show care and concern for your pet. I also bring our dogs here for nail trims and they do a superb job. I've been in and out with them before their actual appointment time!

Loving Care to the rescue! My elderly basset hound suddenly developed weakness and dizziness, stumbling and falling out of his crate. I called Loving Care because my usual vet's office was closed. The receptionist set up an appointment immediately. Dr. Carlson and the technician were gentle with Croc and with me. Dr. Carlson explained that he had Canine vestibular disease which affected his balance, causing nausea and disorientation.
