The customer service is absolutely horrible. I've had my Dr Wellness for a little over a year and one of my pumps went out and my tub stopped heating and I've waited for over 4 weeks for a new one also Now I'm having to pay out of pocket for to a hot tub repair company to come out and fix it which is 500 dollars which I called to see if they would cover it and they said no its only 6 months on labor.
