I purchased my Tuff Spa in October 2019 and have recently started having issues with the top side control panel. The buttons don't function/ respond I have called and filled out a service request on their website multiple times and NO ONE has gotten back to me! I don't understand why good customer service is so difficult.

We ordered a $10,000+ spa - TERRIBLE experience when we picked it up from the dealer closest to us once it was finished - I probably should have contacted my attorney then - I have photos of the whole mess not to mention the man was unprofessional and talking to me about being naked etc - it extremely dangerous the way they put it on my trailer and secured it. I purchased a hottub in February if 2022. 3 weeks later it was "finished" I paid the extra fee to have it delivered. It was delivered. The tub was set up. Only to find it was leaking. I of course called the local office and the person set me up for a warranty fix. The next week no one called so I called in around 10:30 and was transfers to a technician who was extremely rude, disrespectful and degrading. LPI, Inc apologizes for the frustration you have experienced. We are uncertain as to where the follow up email went, as it was not to the warranty/service request inbox. Though this general protocol was not followed, we have submitted another work order and requested the technician to reassess the leak. This resubmission was completed on 4/27/22. Purchased a Catalina Nantucket spa three months ago. After about 5 weeks, the control panel went haywire. Called LPI and they sent out a replacement. After about another 5 weeks; this panel went out as well. Called LPI again to say this panel was defective as well. They said they would send out another panel. Waited 5 days after that and called LPI and they stated a new panel had not been sent out. They said it was sent out last month. I said I received it and it was defective as well. I originally ordered my Tuff Spa in April 2021, and was not delivered until July 2021. The "Tuff" Spa began to concave upon itself near the filter with styrofom from the internal structure going into the Spa and the filter shifting and eventually snapping off at the seam that it attaches to on the Spa. Due to these issues I had to have it replaced in August 2021and again in October 2021 due to the same concaving issue. The same issue is happening YET AGAIN in February 2022. We purchased a tuff Spa before LPI Inc. purchased tuff spa to get a hold of their patent the had for their top. In January we noticed a hole in the bottom of the spa after only 6 months, after contacting the customer service dept. somebody came to check the spa and we were notified that the would exchange the spa for a new one , we were promised that we would get the same model than we had purchased. The customer and LPI, Inc have found a compromise. The cabinet style from their original style is no longer available. The customer has accepted a discount and will retain the replacement spa.

I've had nothing but issues with my NEW spa since I got it. Two months into owning my new spa it stopped working. All Customer service is handled over the phone including diagnostics. After they determined it was the pump, a new pump was ordered. THREE months later they came to install it. After two months the hot tub stopped working again. This time they've determined it's the heater. They will replace the parts up to one year but labor for only 90 days. Ordered a spa in September was told 6 weeks so I should see it in November. Now I am being told January. They said they could change my loan payment date till I get the spa but no one will answer the phone. There is absolutely no customer service
