Ordered new hot tub from them June 24, 2022 and it was delivered July 31, 2022. Sept 1st noticed a pretty significant amount of water outside the hot tub. Put a warranty ticket in with them the next day. Tech didn't come out until Sept 26th. I contacted him because i never heard what he found and he said it was the filter housing. I contacted LPI on Oct 4 only to find out the tech had never completed the ticket to get the part ordered. We purchased a hot tub from a LPI at a hot tub "extravaganza" they had at Tanger Outlets Myrtle Beach in 2021. They failed to send certain items with the hot tub in the beginning which took months to obtain. Then we've had issues from the 1st month on with different things not working. This product has been a nightmare and dealing with customer service has been a joke. We will never purchase another item from them and we will never recommend them to anyone!!! American company RIPS OFF Americans I purchased a Hudson Bay HB19 spa from Aqua Living in Houston, TX on April 12, 2022 Here we are less than 6 months from purchase and my spa is broken. Low Flow issue. I have called and emailed LPI since September 10, 2022 and still to this day October 5, 2022 no response. No technicians have reached out to me to come to my home to diagnose issue. Customer service has reached out to speak with the customer concerning issues. The labor warranty for this product is 90 days. The customer is still under parts warranty and has been provided with a technician list for the area. We will gladly assist with ordering parts.

HORRIBLE COMPANY! Purchased a new spa from Aqua Living Factory Outlets in Pensacola, Fla. The spa was a Dr Wellness G-2 was told in stock and delivery would occur in 30 days. Paid in Full with credit card on May 11, 2022. It is now October 4th, 2022. No tub! Called numerous times to sales company in Pensacola, Fl stated they didn't realize how far we were for delivery ? HORRIBLE SERVICE! Ordered a Catalina spa in Oct 2021 at a state fair and was told 12-14 weeks. In Feb 2022, no word on when the spa would be delivered. Called and were told it was in manufacturing and would be another 2 weeks. April 2022, still no word. Called and were told the spa had shipped to the local dealer at the end of Feb. Local dealer had no record of it. Our spa was "lost." In July of 2020, LPI, Inc. purchased the assets of the company that formerly owned the Tuff Spa brand. The company that was responsible for the warranty at the time of purchase was Quality Leisure Products, Inc. QLP Inc has since been dissolved by the original owner. That type of Tuff Top is not currently what is being produced, and has not been for some time. Ordered a pump 2 weeks ago and all they keep telling me is they will get one shipped..............trying to get a refund and not having much luck. Stay away from this company.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a $12,000.00 spa and doesn't work. I've called my case tech and have left several emails with no response only that I have a tracking number that was delivered and I've received no parts. They won't let me speak to anyone to get this resolved. So I am now stuck with Spa that I never set for in because it never worked.

We bought a 30k swim spa in June 2021 and still have not received our spa yet ! No one returns the many messages I have left on their customer service line. I am not even sure they are still in business! I will NEVER recommend this company. If I could give negative stars I would. Please do not make the same mistake we did, buy from someone else. I am just hoping someone will call me back so we can get our money back.

The swim spa will enter production the week of 8/8/22. Typically this process takes about two weeks. Following the unit's completion, a representative will reach out to you to schedule delivery. I've been trying to have LPI call me back for months ! I've called ( on hold for up to an hour, then they hang up). I've emailed a request. One time someone did answer the phone and said Larry in service would call me back, five days later STILL NO ONE HAS CALL ME BACK !!! The worst Custom Service I've ever seen. Thanks Linda
