Ordered a pump 2 weeks ago and all they keep telling me is they will get one shipped..............trying to get a refund and not having much luck. Stay away from this company.

Horrible customer service. I purchased a $12,000.00 spa and doesn't work. I've called my case tech and have left several emails with no response only that I have a tracking number that was delivered and I've received no parts. They won't let me speak to anyone to get this resolved. So I am now stuck with Spa that I never set for in because it never worked.
We bought a 30k swim spa in June 2021 and still have not received our spa yet ! No one returns the many messages I have left on their customer service line. I am not even sure they are still in business! I will NEVER recommend this company. If I could give negative stars I would. Please do not make the same mistake we did, buy from someone else. I am just hoping someone will call me back so we can get our money back.

I've been trying to have LPI call me back for months ! I've called ( on hold for up to an hour, then they hang up). I've emailed a request. One time someone did answer the phone and said Larry in service would call me back, five days later STILL NO ONE HAS CALL ME BACK !!! The worst Custom Service I've ever seen. Thanks Linda

I purchased my Tuff Spa from Matt ***** at the Oregon State Fair late August 2021. Matt informed me at the time that I should have my tub before Thanksgiving. Leading up to Thanksgiving I reached out to Matt to get an update so I could have the deck ready in time. His response, contact the manufacturer. I call Tuff Spa directly and got the run-around. I order a spa from the LPI.inc company thru the agent. My order takes almost 3 months before it gets delivered. Their online service is very poor. The agent lacks communication. After getting the money deposit, they dont bother to get in touch with u anymore. I received my spa with damage on the cover and the spa is not customer ready to operate. Must read before buying from LPI Inc. or Aqua Living Factory Outlets. My purchase date was 10/30/2020, We were promised delivery By February 2021. They moved my manufacture date multiple times. We modified our order in July 2021 and were assured that it would not affect our manufacture date at all.
