Ordered a spa in September was told 6 weeks so I should see it in November. Now I am being told January. They said they could change my loan payment date till I get the spa but no one will answer the phone. There is absolutely no customer service

Bought a TT150 at the Tulsa, Ok store. We had it for 4 days when it began leaking. Called the warranty place on October 4, 2021 and reported. October 13 they sent a technician from T & T spas to look at our spa. He couldnÂ’t find the leak and said winter is coming so you need the spa fixed soon. He lost a screw and broke one off on the panels. October 20Sipes spa /Cory scheduled with us to come look at spa. The customer service is absolutely horrible. I've had my Dr Wellness for a little over a year and one of my pumps went out and my tub stopped heating and I've waited for over 4 weeks for a new one also Now I'm having to pay out of pocket for to a hot tub repair company to come out and fix it which is 500 dollars which I called to see if they would cover it and they said no its only 6 months on labor.
