Great install but when we found a problem two days later, Luna was unwilling to come and fix it without charging us for an entire service visit. If we fix it ourselves or bring someone cheaper in, it will void the warranty (which should cover this). Since the warranty means nothing so you are better off going somewhere local instead.
We made the absolute mistake of using Luna for a near $15,000.00 flooring job in our home. Every step of this process has been a NIGHTMARE. We went with Luna a SECOND time because aside from an installer trying to collect a balance despite me paying in full on the day of the sale, the salesperson and installation were great for the carpeting in our rental property, and that issue was resolved swiftly. SCAM ARTISTS!!! If there was an option to give zero or negative stars I would. I had a salesperson come into my home and tell me that the floors I purchased were waterproof and not water resistant. And that I had a lifetime warranty for all dings and scratches. It turns out none of that was accurate. There were scratches and dents in some of the boards after installation and they were going to charge me to fix it. This was a week after putting them in I found it. Luna has the worse installers I have ever experienced. Our 15 year carpet looks better than the rooms we had done by Luna after only a few years. There are so many wrinkles it is embarrassing. When friends ask if we have recommendations for carpeting, we tell them anyone except Luna. They rush the install and do not stretch the carpeting. They use knee kicks, but do not stretch the overall room. Avoid Luna!
PLEASE DONT USE LUNA!! The floor looks fine but the experience was HORRIBLE!! The salesman told me it would only take two days to complete. The installers arrive Friday the 28th. They upset my wife out the gate by trying to tell her they weren’t going to start the installation until the following Monday. Worst Customer Service ever!
I sent in a review on luna carpet in naperville on my horrible experience from 7/5/22 install date order number so they cant say i did not have a repair done. NV001343 a owner of company Ben Bush reached out to me offered me a 100 gift card for my troubles. did not handle the situation just stuck up for a employee and said their is nothing he could do to fix it and that his employees are to busy to follow up with every customer after work is done. im appalled by that i work for a company that strives on customer service i to... read more
I contracted with Luna Flooring to install hardwood in my living room and dining room. I already had hardwood in the rest of my home so I needed Luna to ensure they matched the existing hardwood. Luna Flooring is supposed to be experts in Flooring, so when I asked about the difference in the wood, they told me my existing hardwood had been exposed to the sun, so the color was different from the new hardwood.
