Salesman, Seth Bordan sat in my house the day of the estimate and lied to me. He guaranteed that I would have no seams in my family carpet, but that one piece would work. However the day of installation, there are 3 pieces of carpet for my family room! I was told by the installers that they don't even make carpet large enough to have one piece for my room. I impulsively scheduled an appointment with Luna because they had Sunday appts. The salesman from Luna Seth Bordan guaranteed me that my family room only required one piece of carpet and no seams. However, when they came to install, there were 3 pieces of carpet. I talked to Seth and he said that he never guaranteed that there would be one piece of carpet. He had totally sat in my house a few days prior and lied to my face! I will never use this dishonest and unhelpful company again
Did not repair my floor right I've been calling for a whole week and a half they made appointment for them to come out to repair my floor I took a whole day off of work then nobody show up they asked me do I want to reschedule I reschedule three times already they are not showing up to repair the floor I would never ever use Luna again for floor or carpet or nothing else
Worse experience I have EVER had with a company. Mike Eshconian was horrible to work with. All my material was delayed months, he was horrible and following up never called back when he said he would. It is now 6 months past my order date and I am still chasing him around to get things finalized. He is quick to charge and slow to deliver. And in my case never delivered at all and I am still trying to get my money back.
