Horrible experience. Salesman totally misrepresented the installation and lied to us about the warranty and what the installers would move when they installed the carpet. He also tried to sell us the carpet for more than 4 times what we finally agreed to for price. True conman. We called corporate and they would do no more than give a $200 discount, so we cancelled after spending 3 days getting ready for them to install it by moving almost everything out of the way. What a snake.
I'm so disappointed. If I could give 0 stars I would. Our sale person Aaron Ingo gave us the option of engineered hardwood flooring. Come to find out the engineered hard wood flooring they put in our home is so low grade, it cannot be sanded. We were going to put laminate flooring to match the darker flooring they were placing upstairs. However, it did not match the current color of the wood flooring on the main level. Long review but overall, not recommended. We went to the Oak Brook Terrace location and order our carpet with Joe Marzano, who ensured us our carpet would be precisely cut before delivery and ready for install. The measurement was done and Joe sent a quote of 789 square feet (SF) for our project. That seemed big but shame on me for not measuring myself too, I guess. We were supposed to have an install today and no one showed up. We got a call asking how the install was going at 5:30pm and still don’t have a resolution 2 hours later. Our kids don’t have beds to sleep in because we disassembled everything in preparation for today. We went with Luna specifically because of the short window for install that we need. LUNA completely screwed me. Had just about the whole house empty including cutting out vanities 15 hours before the appointment LUNA calls and cancels because they don't have the product. The reason I went with Luna is because I I'm a Vet with serious health issues, I'm scheduled for surgery and needed it done before the surgery. Couldn't have a sick baby or car won't start issue. I requested a consultation for flooring a few days ago. The appt was scheduled for yesterday evening between 6-8pm. At 6pm, I got a call from the technician who claimed he wanted to confirm the appointment time which I did. He then preceded to tell me he was coming from Wisconsin and it would take about an hour to arrive and I said that was fine. After confirming, he goes on to ask me what I wanted and if I was prepared to make the purchase when he arrived and if not we should reschedule because it was already late. Without ... read more
I had my carpet installed back in December. I recently needed someone to come out and inspect the carpet due to water. Rather than providing me my options, the installer came her ripped the padding up, the carpet up and left it like that for 21 days. I had to call back every day even though they "escalated" my ticket. In the end I had to pay to replace the padding. This was the worst customer experience of my life.
My Luna Carpet in 5 months became a soiled mess All f did was walk barefoot. No family or friends. Luna said after coming out that no glue caused it, No refund, because I'm too old and stupid to get $2k back.
Horrible customer service! No call no show from the Tech that was scheduled to repair our flooring and baseboards. On the fourth rescheduled appointment the Tech showed up with no tools or materials to fix the repair. My floor is still not fixed.
