The customer service was wonderful as was the baseboard installation. Very professional and helpful. The installation of the carpet was a disaster! Furniture was moved everywhere - garage, kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms (even the shower stall). Things that I thought was put away safely - were not and many broken. They were not careful with furniture when moving it and yes I did pay for them to move furniture. I would never recommend Luna again because of that experience.
By far, the cheapest made products and worst customer service ever. Haven't had floor for 6 months and already buckling and scratching. Plus still waiting for them to refund my curtains that they ruined and to fix all the scratches they made when installing the floor. Would not recommend these people to anybody! Will be contacting BBB as well as FTC
The representative who came to our house to give us an estimate was wonderful. Very courteous and knowledgeable. When we called to cancel installation due to unforeseen circumstances, two representatives hung up the phone on us. After 15 minutes, I was able to reach a third representative. He harassed us over the phone and pressured us to give a “legitimate“ reason for cancellation. He would not except “personal reasons“ or “unexpected circumstances“ as a reason. My experience was horribleI had an appointment on Monday they never showed up then they came Tuesday and the installer said that he could not do my floor because they ordered the wrong stuff and they couldn’t do the stairs then they were supposed to come back on Friday and the guy never showed up I blame the guy who came to the house and took the measurements they are horrible and I would not recommend them to anybody
Luna is refusing to give my 88 year old grandma her $100 deposit back. Someone named Beth, refused to listen to her and said there was nothing she could do. Really, you’re going to keep this old lady’s deposit? You guys are scammers and should be closed. HORRIBLE!!!
OMG!!! Worst install and customer service ever!!!! Please do not buy from these people. Almost every company contract out for installers, but in my opinion, even still those people are an extension of your service, commitment and company. The first red flag, I received numerous different install times. Each person I spoke with, which was about 4 maybe 5 all gave a different start time. 08//24/19 at 4pm. Doors are locked with the open sign lit up. Called the department and noone picked up.
I was dealing with Karen at the Deerfield location and all ready to order when I was told it was plus sales tax. According to the Illinois Department of Revenue no tax is to be collected on installed flooring. This was news to her. Karen is very nice to deal with but she was just doing what she was told by management.They do not give you an itemized contract so you do not know how the charges are broken down. I would not buy from this location as they are are just supposedly adding a state tax.
Worst company ever, wrong carpet, bad quality, no answers.
