Stay away from this company!!! First of all once you sign the contract you are now unimportant to them. The sales person came to the house as we wanted flooring and carpeting throughout the house. The sales person promised us the world and the day of the install, the installers said 1/2 the of the laminate could not be put where we wanted it because they don't take up ceramic tile. I had hardwood placed by Luna, it was just a really bad experience. The floor placement was just a Very poor job, they didn’t cover the entire area and there were rather large gaps left when they were done. When attempting to reach out to have this fixed they stated they would not do it unless we would be willing to pay for it, just not professional or good in any way. Would not do business with them
2021 Highly disappointed in our situation. Salesman (Brian Sternstein) knows nothing of their products. We have current flooring that needed to come up and he didn’t even know how to quote the job. Was given a quote of $5400 initially only to be charged with an additional $2500 upon arrival of installers for additional “demo fees” and install of 1/4 plywood to make floors all the same level. The sales person that his name is Brian told us that because our good credit it will be 0%. And I'm checking my contract and no it's 4 years at 9.99% interest and o top of that my floor creeks everywhere. I been calling kuna costumer service for a 1 month and I haven't yet an answer or a solution to my problem. Do your self a favor and take your business somewhere else.
I never got floors before and with this experience I will never going to get floors with luna. When the sales person got to my house the first thing I said to Brian I don't know anything about floor but we want to get laminate and carpet. They put laminate floor and now the floor creeks a lot everywhere. I don't like that. I been calling costumer service for 3 weeks and see what they can do. They did a good job installing the floors.By biggest complain they didn't clean up the dirt on the floors It was a mess.I said something to them about it.They just ignored me and walk out.
Unreliable, I had an appointment last week the guy called said he had car trouble and rescheduled for the following week. The following week he and again was a NO show and will not answer any messages.
