You guys install a wrong and bad quality carpet in our home, it’s been a week and we are unable to speak someone, we call everyday and Mrs Nely Lopez is always busy to talk to us, need an answer for this fraud, we are gonna reach the BBB.
Is there an option for 0 stars?! Contacted customer service 4 times about my terrible experience. No one has called me back and it’s been two weeks. I even called Michael my salesperson who came to my house and sold me the flooring. He didn’t return my call either. Obviously Luna/Empire doesn’t care about customers. Stay far away from this awful company.
Horrible!!! 3 times we have been scheduled to have our floor installation completed and it’s still not done. Sick of getting blown off and the contractors not having the right material. I am filing a complaint with the better business bureau.
Our experience has been horrible !!!! 😡😡😡😡 I don’t have enough time to tell you the run around they’ve given us for 3 MONTHS!!!!! Their installers and their sales reps are NOT on the same page! They came to our house 5 TIMES without having all the needed material and then they said their warehouse closes 11AM on Saturday and won’t reopen until Monday. I can not believe that people fall for you bait and switch tactics, if yoiu sell a product of high quality...it better be a product of high quality. Steer Clear people, do not be fooled!
I have been living a nightmare the last few weeks! I ordered carpeting and waterproof vinyl for my basement family room from LUNA. I was concerned about the height difference and asked the owner if this would be a good idea, or if I should stick to carpet. He said, no they do this all the time and that they put a transition between the two, everything will match beautifully, no problem. The floor people came & installed the floor and we thought, good.
