This home is fantastic. My elderly mother went into care in Lyncroft in February as she was in need of both personal and social care. She is so happy there and cannot rate the manager and staff highly enough. They are always there when needed and spend time with her chatting and laughing - the social side of life that she needed. Any concerns from relatives are dealt with immediately and positively. The staff are always friendly and happy to help. Laura, the manager, is wonderful, both to residents and visitors alike. My sister in law is here and she is very happy. She always seems well cared for, her room is spotless and most importantly of all the carers are kind and considerate to her.Thanks to all the staff.
