Beautiful Apartments, Great Staff These are beautifully designed apartment homes. The buildings are all two story and each apartment is a corner apartment. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the grounds are well maintained all year around. Although it is close to a major intersection it is a quiet and peaceful community. Madison Park is a great place to call home!
Apt Review Management team is very friendly and helpful. If there is ever a maintenance issue they get it taken care of within a day. Grounds are keep up and always look nice. During the winter months they keep the walks and drive areas clear for walking and access to your car. The complex is in walking distance to a major grocery store and other convenience stores, several fast food places, emergency services, banks and bus stops. 3 star for the price & amenities! Pro's: 1. Nice area, great location - everything you need for day to day life is close by (10 mins at most)! 2. Safe - yes I said it is safe, haven't heard anything bad yet. Been here 3 plus years, great neighborhood. 3. Plenty of windows in apartments - that's just my thing, I need more light! 4. Awful apartment community This apartment community is awful. The office staff sadly is very rude and extremely unhelpful. The noise is very loud a combination of noisy neighbors and traffic from people digging through the 2 overflowing dumpsters. These apartments are very outdated. Everything breaks and it takes weeks and several calls to the corporate office to resolve. Additionally, many temporary fixes are not safe. Everything has ridiculous... (Verified Renter) Everything has ridiculous hidden fees. Water Bill's have a 5$ convenience charge to pay online. 200$ move In fee from the office. I have to pay for valet tradg service? I'm not a lazy person, I don't need to pay for something to take my trash.

It get expensive to have to buy bottled water to drink.There are other apartment complexes that are newer, and/or have newer and more efficient appliances.
