What can I... (Verified Renter) What can I say, I've been here 9 years so I am pretty sure that assures you I love living here. I've told many friends who are thinking of selling their homes and might want to move to an apartment. Upon showing them my unit, they love the space.
I just like... (Verified Renter) I just like living here and the office staff, Kevin, Debbie et al have always been friendly and helpful. I think the maintenance staff does a really good job--they are quick and efficient.

I have recommended... (Verified Renter) I have recommended the complex based on friendly staff, choice of tennants allowed to live here, & care given to keep apts & grounds. I live alone & yet feel safe living here even though it is something that is probably out of your control.
Fantastic Staff I lived here for two years and everyone on the staff is helpful and friendly. Debbie is especially helpful, and goes out of her way, even calling me to ensure I got a miss-delivered christmas package, 4 months after I moved out! Thanks everyone for making my stay and move out a pleasant and easy experience. Good amenities nearby and good buildings. Expensive, but everything is in Denver now. It went up more than a studio should over the 2.5 years or I'd still be there.

Madison Park Apt The Inside looks nice and all, Maintenance is a bit lagging but not bad. Parking space is an issue. Hardly ever Garages avail. 1100.00 for a one bedroom. Area is nice. There are many shopping centers and food joints, restaurants, Groceries stores, banks, nearby convenience stores. Walgreen and a gym club.
Prices are higher, but there's a reason why!!! I currently live here in Madison Park and the leasing staff is so amazing! They are constantly going out of their way to accommodate our needs! The maintenance staff are always extremely fast and get the job done quickly! This community is super pet friendly, and actually ask to see your dogs/pets when you stop by the leasing office!!
