Megan, the GM fixed my hair after I had it previously highlighted and had unsatisfactory results where the roots were orangish brassy. She really took her time, & helped make me trust her and the process with the fact she explained everything to me! I can't wait for my 6 week touchup/baylage appointment at the Roseville location! i like that the colorist takes the time to review the last time I was in and make adjustments if needed. Always happy with my results. Everyone is super friendly

I had a wonderful first time experience here at the color bar in the Roseville fountains. Jasmyne was my colorist and she made me feel comfortable and heard all of my desires/preferences. I got the all over color and blowout. My favorite was getting a little massage at the wash station. I love my results and would highly recommend anyone who wants a new look no matter how subtle to visit here! I walked out of there feeling like a new person!

Don't go here if you have dark brown hair and want blonde highlights, they won't / can't do it. All I wanted was for a few highlights in my bangs the same color as what I already had in my hair. Their manager came out to talk to me and said their products couldn't do that, so I'm unsure of why people would come here if basic highlights are not achievable. My color needed a little zsusch, and I desperately needed a blowout due to a shoulder injury. Enter Madison Reed. I use their color boost shampoos, so was familiar with the products already. I easily scheduled an appointment online for the next day. Salon was clean and everyone I engaged with was very friendly. I had a root touch up, and blowout, and was very happy with both.
