The customer service was great on my visit. I haven't tried my haircolor yet so I can't comment on that. I bought a do it yourself haircolor kit. The store is right next to Sephora in the Fountains. The store is very bright and colorful and clean. They have a color bar and can do full haircolor, highlights, etc. They do not cut hair here. There were ladies having their hair done while I was in the shop. The employee who helped me was very kind and helpful and we chose the right color for my hair. I've been here 3 times now. The staff is wonderful and the place is always clean. The products don't irritate my scalp. I'm allergic to fragrances, but whatever they use here doesn't trigger my allergies. I can't tell you how much of a deal it is to sign up for their membership.

This was my first time trying this color bar and I had a great first experience with Alisha! She was very helpful, explained the process, the membership and took great care of me! My color turned out great, she shampooed and massaged my head/neck and styled my hair the way I like it! I'll definitely be back here, so thank you to Alisha for making my first experience a wonderful one!

What can I say about Madison Reed except it is the answer to my hair needs because I need to color my hair every few weeks. They offer root touch ups, balayage, highlights and all over coverage. You can have a blow out done with color service or my favorite part is that you can choose to dry on your own at the self service dry bar using the equipment and products. I love getting my hair done at Madison Reed! The stylists are always nice and helpful, and my hair comes out so soft and shiny. I've even started bringing my mom in with me every 6 weeks. I do t see myself ever DIY-ing my hair dye again!

Real talk: I typically buy hair dye and do my hair at home. I can't reach the back very well, so I focus mainly on my roots at the top/sides of my head and pull through the dye to the ends. I've purchased Madison Reed and store brands and done okay. I prefer permanent, but non-harsh dye products a' la Madison Reed. Decided to get all over color done here so I could just enjoy it. I have been a client at Madison Reed now for a little bit. I always ask for Sierra . She is awesome and always does a great job. I love this place. My color always turns out well. The atmosphere is peaceful, the girls are always polite and plenty of different product. Nice place to go after a hard days work to relax and get feeling beautiful again
