Their ads say they can do any color. I went in to have my gray covered and they wanted to dye my hair a dark color (I've been blond since birth). I explained several times what I wanted but they refused to listen to my needs. I left and won't go back.

I would give this place a one star. If you were looking to be a blonde, do not go to this place they are not experienced. I sat there for three hours. They never put me under the dryer and I still wasn't as blonde as I wanted to be. Actually, the color looks the same as when I came in no change no difference I paid $194 and sat there forever and FYI after they're done with your hair they do not touch it they send you to a different section and you blow dry and comb your own hair out. Worst hair color ever. Didn't cover my gray's. A girl helped me pick out my color and while she was very nice, it was totally the wrong color. So while it colored my grays for a few days, it was a totally different color on them, making my hair look even more ridiculous I really wanted to love this stuff but what I get from Sally's works so much better. I won't be returning and I do not recommend for gray hair.

This review relates to the whole company, rather than the Roseville location. There is NO communication between the schedulers and the individual locations (which frustrates even the stylists!) and clients can't communicate with the location directly. For example, I can't call them to tell them I might be a few minutes late, or to ask if they can take me early, etc. And they tell you that you can choose your stylist (for continuity) but the schedulers will often change your stylist without telling you, without giving you the... read more

I typically go to the location in Walnut Creek. I will continue to go there in the future. I was 11 mins late, my fault did not realize it would take over 1.5 hours to get here. This will be first and last time at this location. Because I was 1 min over the "Grace" period apparently they took another client. Seems that, that decision was made prior to my arrival. Staff I interacted with were not friendly and I was asked to " wait". Checking now to see if any cancellations for tomorrow in Walnut Creek.

I went to book hair color but stopped when the system asked if i wanted to have my hair blow dried for an additional $45 or do it myself for $0. What?? I'm not saying give them a free blow out but complete the service! You're literally making the client work just to see the end result since wet hair is a different color than dry. Just build it into the cost instead of turning people off from even booking.

Rude. Tried two times to get waited on or even acknowledged. Finally was helped and they kept trying to put me in a really light shade when I specifically don't have light colored hair. Another lady came out and kept being super rude and I just walked out. Done. Will not buy from them because of the customer service.
