Don't go here if you have dark brown hair and want blonde highlights, they won't / can't do it. All I wanted was for a few highlights in my bangs the same color as what I already had in my hair. Their manager came out to talk to me and said their products couldn't do that, so I'm unsure of why people would come here if basic highlights are not achievable. My color needed a little zsusch, and I desperately needed a blowout due to a shoulder injury. Enter Madison Reed. I use their color boost shampoos, so was familiar with the products already. I easily scheduled an appointment online for the next day. Salon was clean and everyone I engaged with was very friendly. I had a root touch up, and blowout, and was very happy with both. I live in Southern California and just here in Roseville for a few days for a mini-vacation. I was happy to see they have a Madison Reed here. Easily made an appointment online and once I got there I was immediately welcomed by Abigail. I hope that's her name, she has pink hair and so super nice. She was very knowledgeable and even though I went in asking for my "regular", she offered me options and I said yes, let's try something new which I was absolutely happy with. I needed a root touch up and decided to give this concept a try. Scheduling online was easy. I was able to get an appointment next day. Ended up with whole head color and it came out great enhancing the color I had. I opted to dry my own hair which is an option.
