Customer service is top notch and Libby is a highly talented colorist who helped me step by step to learn how to do it myself at home. They do what needs to be done to get it right if the coloring match is not right.

I like this location. Easy parking in a pretty shopping area. Amy started me on-time and my hair was processed and washed on-time. I had time to shop and my check-out with member discounts was a breeze.. This team is really organized. The brown colors work well on my stubborn white hair and the ingredients don't burn my scalp.

Highly recommended! I love the treatment by the staff there and everyone is really nice. Sierra helped me pick a gorgeous color and advised me about my highlights while Jessie washed my hair and put in the best conditioner for strengthening my hair. When I say best, it smelled amazing. Then end when it was dried out just overall amazing! Only recommendation is get there early for parking although there is parking behind Boudon.

Quick and nice place to get your products. The ladies there a very nice and knowledgeable of the products. They have many different colors to choose from and it's a one stop shop for everything you want for your hair. I have been using the product for the last couple years and I have zero complaints. My experience today was nice, handled by GM and colorist Libby, who did her best to tone down my copper highlights that were intended to be honey, from last week's job done at her salon by another. The final color remains a bit coppery, but it's much better. To retain healthy hair, she toned it down twice, rather than recoloring. I was happy about that decision. Libby provided me great service at the end of the day, and discounted my cost a bit. Thanks Libby, appreciate your effort!

The Customer Service is Amazing and Friendly! I like how the Hair Color Stylist Choose which one to put on my hair and I am so happy! Next Washer Stylist is a Great Massager!
