Closed on Monday's- please update the Yelp page. I've been ordering Madison Rees for over 5 years and came here on a promo to try the color bar. Online scheduling was a breeze, I had a great experience with my colorist and opted to blow dry my own hair, rather than pay for that service this time. All the products were top notch and I had a great experience. Today, I'm headed to the store in person to pickup a box of color because I forgot to shop my normal delivery early. i'm not sure I'm going to keep my . subscription.The last time I was there it I told her my hair was getting darker and. Didn't want that.. We did some highlights on the front and it still didn't come out right very light . My husband said it didn't look like anything changed on my hair. I'm gonna give it one more month and see how it turns out because I know my roots need to be done so I keep going. I did let. Went in to get roots and for them to put in highlights only were the last lady didn't put in as she's was doing my roots she said next time come in to get roots done and then a few days latter the highlights bc it's to hard to do both and time for us wow!!! Ok then I get my hair washed and that girl puts on toner when I got home I realized all my highlights are gone or should I say toned down then I get charged full price for partial highlights when she just need to put 3 on one side only but ok then I check my hair at home ... read more

it was a terrible experience. The peopke working there were rude and judgmental. They would not ALLOW me to buy the products I wanted to buy. I will never go to that Madison Reed location again. Horrible.

Not enough staffing. Horrible experience. They forgot about me. I was supposed to get my hair washed after 45 mins however no one checked on me. I was left waiting for additional 30-40 mins. It was only when I flagged down the stylist to tell her my head was starting to burn, she asked another associate to attend to me after she was done washing another client's hair. Then of course all the costumers and I had to dry our own hair. Just didn't seem personal. Really bad first impression and will never return.

they left me in chair forgot about me then ignored me...2 days later 90% of my hair is broken off. they refused to show me tablet with timing info. do not use this awful company!!!!!!!!

Went in thinking they only have one job, color, so they should be able to manage a color match to my dark brown roots. I repeatedly told the stylist Erica that the most important point was to not make my hair inky black. When she was done, my hair was inky black. I was so pissed. I told Erica I was really not liking the inky black. She said it will look different in different lighting. Obviously that was BS. I had stupidly already signed up for the membership before my appointment, trying to save some money so I'm trapped in... read more
