Drop in the other day to purchase a kit to use at home. The stylist helped me pick the right color. I used the kit and the results were excellent. I got compliments from my whole family when they saw my hair after I was done. Will definitely use the kit again.

Online scheduling was a breeze, I had a great experience with my colorist and opted to blow dry my own hair, rather than pay for that service this time. I have been using Madison Reed since Covid and was very satisfied with them. When Covid was over, I even took my subscription color treatment to my hair stylist for use doing my appointment. Then I started having hair breakage and thinning. Very disappointing experience. Unprofessional and pretty rud Made appointment for highlights. Color basically unchanged. Went in for correction and was bombarded by aggressive upselling. Avoid at all costs.

i'm not sure I'm going to keep my . subscription.The last time I was there it I told her my hair was getting darker and. Didn't want that.. We did some highlights on the front and it still didn't come out right very light . My husband said it didn't look like anything changed on my hair. I'm gonna give it one more month and see how it turns out because I know my roots need to be done so I keep going. I did let. Went in to get roots and for them to put in highlights only were the last lady didn't put in as she's was doing my roots she said next time come in to get roots done and then a few days latter the highlights bc it's to hard to do both and time for us wow!!! Ok then I get my hair washed and that girl puts on toner when I got home I realized all my highlights are gone or should I say toned down then I get charged full price for partial highlights when she just need to put 3 on one side only but ok then I check my hair at home ... read more
