I showed a picture of my hair to the colorist on how I wanted the color to look (covering the roots then doing highlights in red). The colorist then consulted with another colorist and said they could add tinting to my service so it would be all-cover, tinting, and blow out. When 7:00pm came around, they said they didn't have time to do the blow-out, so I had to do the self-dryer. Absolutely rubbish ruined my hair and my hair color, I left in tears!!!! Have a wedding to attend on Friday!!! Staff not helpful at all!!! No advise give no solutions, just stood dumbfounded!!!! I will never go there again n will never recommend to anyone!!!! SOOOOO DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!

I have been a customer of Madison Reed in Roseville for at least 2 years now. But my recent experience was not a good one. The lady who colored my hair could have done better : 1. Left my forehead and sides with hair dye. She let me clean it up myself. 2. While shampooing my hair, she washed my hair with very hot temperature water. I wouldn't recommend this place for anyone who wants to get their hair done! They seem to know what they're talking about but they really don't! They don't do much hair options, they do only neutral hair colors and root touch! I paid $163 for my hair for some highlights and it look like something I could've done at home! The lady who talked to me was sweet, but I really wouldn't recommend it. If I couldn't just walked out and not pay because all it was brown touch to my hair!!

I went there once before and the colorist missed a big section of my hair. Instead of fixing it, she gave me a 20% discount. I wasn't sure about going back, but I have a function tomorrow night, so I reached out for a weekend appointment. They responded to me today (Monday). Well what I thought was going to be a great experience turned out to be a nightmare for me. I am starting to gray at the temples and had read such wonderful things about Madison Reed's hair color via mail order. I had an appt at Madison Reed in January. The highlights were great, their color match for my roots was awful and at the end, they tried to cover it up and blame it on the lighting. I made a follow up for a touch up for my highlights. I ended up cancelling the appointment a week later (1.5 months prior to the touch up). Never thought much about it, then today I get a email that I was a no show and they charged me 50% of the fee.
