I went to have my grays covered which was a success and the stylist was lovely so my "complaint" is not about the service itself, it's the way the transaction was handled. I had an offer for roots and free gloss for $75 which I intended on using. During my consultation I was told about the $70 membership per month for unlimited root touch -ups and that it would be a better "deal" ($70) to do that and that the gloss was included to which I agreed.
