I usually use the Madison Reed color at home but thought I would try the salon as I was looking for a little change...so HAPPY I did! Sara updated my color and I could not love it more! I can't wait to come back! Thank you Sara for doing an AMAZING job and and Thank You to Tee and Maddie for being so sweet and helpful. Thank you Madison Reed for opening a Salon in Brentwood!

UPDATE. After I posted several neg reviews, they gave me my money back. So I'm going up to 3 stars from one, because they could have A) never charged me in this situation or B) responded to my phone message before I ever posted this. But they did the right thing in the end THIEVES!! I booked the Brentwood location in good faith and went and was told they weren't really a salon, just an express color and I would not be happy with the highlights I could get there. Pretty Poor Experience. I've been before and it was good - so it's the stylist that helped me that was the issue. Came in for highlights She must have been distracted and over processed my hair - she disappeared for 20 minutes. I had to go knock on the door to get her. She must have seen what happened and put toner in my hair. Left my hair looking mousy, dull and awful color. I assume it can be fixed but the real issue is that there is no customer service. Sadly I've been coming here for five years but can't anymore. Nice group of ladies that work here, but with all the new restaurants around it, parking has become horrendous and it can take over 30 minutes to find a spot and get to the place, which is fine if you have time to burn, but otherwise they'll cancel your appointment automatically after 10 minutes of being late.

I am giving this visit two stars because the experience could have been much better. Unfortunately, this was not the first time I encountered issues at this salon. This was my fifth visit, and on two prior occasions, my hair was not thoroughly rinsed after shampooing, resulting in hair color staining my clothing. To start, I have been using M Reed color and products every four weeks for six years. I got my roots done a couple times at this locale and highlights once - they didn't turn out right and they redid. It was all fine. I now see their big weakness. I visited the salon mid-day to purchase a box of dye. I was greeted with "It will be a few minutes" from a colorist who didn't even lift her head to greet me. This review is about Yola & Yola only. This employee was supposed to wash my hair after I got all over color done. First she didn't want me to sit where I was initially seated and had me move to the chair next to the one I was sitting in to wash my hair for no apparent reason. I returned to the shop requesting a consulting appointment since the hair color they gave me was terrible. ( too brassy, rather than a soft ash) Instead of helping me chose the correct color, the attendant simply had me look at photos to decide for myself. I thought this was a professional operation. Sadly, I had to make the decision myself. Is this because that don't want the responsibility? Or is it because they don't know? I'm very disappointed..

Very poor service. Not enough people working and you end up waiting in line for a long time. They also don't honor their promotions.
