The girls seemed very restless and not interested in what they were doing. I was very disappointed in the person that washed my hair. She did not dry my hair with the towel completely and when I asked her for a towel she just went in the back to talk to a associate and I had to ask her again. She was bothered by me asking. I discovered this place in Studio City year ago. I had a great overall experience in Studio city never had issues. I decided to try another location being Studio city was booked at the time. Brentwood location never been and had roots done my usual shade Torino. Upon blowdrying I noticed my hair was more reddish tone than drk brown. I asked the person that did my hair about it. I asked for ash brown and walked out with nearly black hair. I also lost an earring during my shampoo. It was a good thing I didn't have makeup on yet, because the water and shampoo was as in my eyes on and on my face. Was hoping for a less expensive alternative to having my hair colored in a salon, but as they say, you get what you pay for. Pretty disappointed.

The worst experience ever. Don't even bother. Came in for a root touchup and was waiting for 15 minutes until someone even acknowledged me. The lady who put the color application on told me to sit for 30 minutes and left. Never came in to check on me. Scalp started to burn after some time and after I got up to try and find my stylist, another worker at the blow dry station seemed annoyed I was bothering her and her client. Very cool concept. I tried it for the first time. It is clean and everyone really nice. My colorist explained how highly experienced she was. I asked for a specific color with nothing fancy no brass or blond. Well I got brass blonde and the roots are a different light color. I do a better job myself at home with a drug store kit. I purchased my favorite home Balayage online. I ordered for pick up at the Brentwood location on San Vicente Blvd. I stopped by before work to pick it up. When I arrived, I was greeted, asked if I had an appointment and I told the salesperson I was there to pick up an item. I was looking for a new salon to go to and went here because it's so close to me. I was hoping it would go well and to make it my new go to salon! I WAS COMPLETELY DISAPPOINTED!!! I paid for highlights all over my head and they didn't even do my whole head! And they did a horrible job! WASTE OF MONEY!!!

Not a fan. Admittedly they had just opened, but it's never a good feeling when someone asks what color you want when your highlights have been processing for more than 30 minutes. People were nice enough, but it was not the right fit for me. I paid the bill, I tipped the stylist. I won't go back
