I came with my brassy hair and asked for a highlight initially. They asked me many times whether I really wanted to do the balayage since they don't think it will come to a good result since I've colored my hair with the boxed color at home. Then I decided to asked what can they do for my hair. I didn't expect that my hair turns out really nice with the ashy tone. I forgot to ask the name of the one who did my hair but thank you sm! she's really nice

I have only been there twice but both time I really enjoyed the way I was welcomed, hosted and the whole experience. The place is super nicely decorated, the staff professional and the results amazing. I am thinking of taking the monthly package in January.

Had a great experience here with Tee. She did a excellent job with my color. She went above and beyond to style my hair the way I liked it. She was friendly and professional with attention to detail. I will definitely return.

I'm always up for checking out new businesses in my neighborhood so I don't deal with traffic and parking. I've wanted to go back to my natural color for awhile and didn't want to make the trek out to my normal salon, so thought I'd try here. I like that I can book my appointments online and do most transaction electronically. Makes it easier while at work. I opted to get a blow out after and paid extra. 5 Star. Customer Service. The staff here is really helpful and friendly. I went there on their 3rd day of opening for an overdue all-over color appointment and needed some advice. Tam was extremely friendly, nice, informative, and went over the top on customer service. Even walked me out to assist with my parking issue. The store manager Sarah was very approachable as well. I usually use the Madison Reed color at home but thought I would try the salon as I was looking for a little change...so HAPPY I did! Sara updated my color and I could not love it more! UPDATE. After I posted several neg reviews, they gave me my money back. So I'm going up to 3 stars from one, because they could have A) never charged me in this situation or B) responded to my phone message before I ever posted this. But they did the right thing in the end THIEVES!! I booked the Brentwood location in good faith and went and was told they weren't really a salon, just an express color and I would not be happy with the highlights I could get there.
