I love the way my hair looks, but there have been multiple problems with my appointments. Nobody is able to pick up the phone and their online chat doesn't work well. I just got a text that my appointment, which I have been waiting a week for was cancelled, yet online, it says my appointment is still on. I pay for unlimited root touch ups, but so far, this has not been convenient or professiona.

I had a horrible experience at this location . My appointment was at 5:45 pm Aug 9th 2022 . I waited till after 6pm to ask why I wasn't acknowledged or seen yet . I was told my stylist would be me shortly . No one apologized for me waiting so long . Then I continued to wait and the stylist who was supposed to wait on me started taking several pics of her client before me . I interupted her and asked why I am still waiting . She then blamed the lady at the front desk and said she should have acknowledged me . ... read more

A few strands were missed so there are some patchy greys that had to be yanked out, but the worst part was the dye got all over my forehead and neck. The lady helping with the wash and blowout was trying her best to clean up the mistakes made by the colorist... my skin was patchy and slightly discolored. It was a not the look I was looking for..I really wanted to love it, but sadly not the experience I thought it would be

It started off great but it's gotten progressively worse each time I've visited. Beyond the poor color job, lovely stains around my hairline and probably the worst shampoo I've ever had, what's most frustrating is that I keep getting messages noting that my satisfaction is important but I can't get anyone to respond to my request for a refund. I wish I thought to read the reviews before coming here. First, I thought this would be a fast and convenient experience. I was there for nearly 3 hours! And not only did they miss a gray spot on my sideburn (see photo), I had dye all over my face and my ears (see photos of how much I took off). None of this happens when I color my hair on my own. And coloring, washing, and drying my hair takes a fraction of the time. Also, the blowout was strangely long and very mediocre. Spare yourself! Go elsewhere or manage at home.

Terrible service. I was told my appointment was at a different time even though I had my confirmation. I was sat and made to wait until a stylist was available. So disappointed!

If you are simply getting your roots done I may give this salon higher rating -- However if you are getting something more intricate such as highlights DO NOT use this salon. I have had very nice results with root touch up so I decided to freshen up my highlights that were growing out. My stylist used a sample swatch to show me the color and we agreed that it matched my current golden blond highlights. She proceeded to do foils - still while my roots were being done. I recommended this salon for my husband to go and get his grays covered. They helped him with color and sat and waited 45 min. The person working on him then left and he said he never saw her afterwards. Later another women comes to wash his hair then gives him a blow dryer and alcohol wipe for the color on his skin. He has color on his face and down the back of his neck! He came home and I thought he was wearing a wig. I felt so awful! I do not recommend going here. Easier getting a box and doing it at home. Do not get highlights here. They do not have time to do it correctly. The stylist was so rushed with three people waiting she just dump bleach on the top of the head. It looks terrible. I asked for subtle and natural but I look ridiculous. The stylist did not even ask if I liked my hair; I think she knew it was bad.
