Today was my 1st time having the salon experience, I usually color my hair at home but me and my international family have been using Madison Reed color for years and we love it . I entered the Woodland Hills salon and was greeted by the beautiful stylist Delaney she is so gracious and made my 1st experience so smooth and l am happy to say l would drive all the way from Culver City to get my hair colored by her anytime. I love Madison Reed, I have dark brown hair and it's very fine and sensitive to chemicals. I find the color here is very gentle, and the color deep and shiny and it does cover my gray. I have always been treated well here and found that the staff here is consistently friendly and on time

I love my hair color, its rich, and shiny. I feel that the color lasts much longer than most over the counter colors. The staff is wonderful , friendly and helpful. I am able to set an appointment with no wait most of the time.

Amazing first experience. Greeted promptly at the door when I entered. I had an app that was acknowledged and honored. Sherry was patient and took her time discussing color options for my hair and goal. Every step explained. Steven offered water while we waited. Salon is bright, clean, and organized. The color looks amazing! It was so easy breezy... compared to the whole henna indigo ritual. I hope its safe in the long run. Time will tell. The color did give bit of tingling sensation while waiting but i hope the company will not add parabens to mask it ( after such reviews) !! I will color with Madison Reed again for sure till i see health issues( hope not). The staff at the salon was amazing! Thank you!!

I was superexcited to change up my hair, and walked by Madison Reed in the village, set up an appointment and I'm so thrilled! Although I didn't get the hair color I originally wanted, Bre was honest and told me that it wouldn't lift since my hair was already so dark. We proceeded with a hair treatment which left my hair feeling smooth, untangled, and like a fresh cut! Their customer service is absolutely outstanding! Only open for a month, I predict this place is going to be swamped when things open up! I tried Madison Reed products during the pandemic. No harmful chemicals...this product did right by my hair! I cannot tell you how excited it was to know that a color bar was open by the same company! I was able to get a same day appointment and it was not crowded, staff wearing masks as well as the 1 other customer in the place. Bree did a wonderful job on my roots.
