Terrible service. I was told my appointment was at a different time even though I had my confirmation. I was sat and made to wait until a stylist was available. So disappointed!

If you are simply getting your roots done I may give this salon higher rating -- However if you are getting something more intricate such as highlights DO NOT use this salon. I have had very nice results with root touch up so I decided to freshen up my highlights that were growing out. My stylist used a sample swatch to show me the color and we agreed that it matched my current golden blond highlights. She proceeded to do foils - still while my roots were being done. I recommended this salon for my husband to go and get his grays covered. They helped him with color and sat and waited 45 min. The person working on him then left and he said he never saw her afterwards. Later another women comes to wash his hair then gives him a blow dryer and alcohol wipe for the color on his skin. He has color on his face and down the back of his neck! He came home and I thought he was wearing a wig. I felt so awful! I do not recommend going here. Easier getting a box and doing it at home. Do not get highlights here. They do not have time to do it correctly. The stylist was so rushed with three people waiting she just dump bleach on the top of the head. It looks terrible. I asked for subtle and natural but I look ridiculous. The stylist did not even ask if I liked my hair; I think she knew it was bad.

The colorist I encountered at this establishment lacked basic interpersonal & customer service skills. She was so unprofessional and made me feel so uncomfortable. My appointment was riddled with problems. The company ethos they promote does not align with what I experienced. There was a glitch in their booking system that caused me to have to wait 20 minutes for my appointment to start. The colorist was not friendly nor communicated effectively. I had been eagerly waiting for my touch up appointment for 2 months. I purposely made the appointment way ahead of time. I got a text message 2 days before the appointment saying it was canceled due to a scheduling conflict and I should call to reschedule. I was headed out of town the next day. Couldn't find an appointment until weeks out. The least they could have done was tried to assist instead of saying too bad so sad. Not ever going back.

Don't ever come here!!! SAVE YOUR MONEY. I had the worst experience. My hair stylist was in a hurry to leave the salon. I asked for a balayage but got something worse than highlights. I absolutely have no color at the back of my head and have just some color in the front. I can't believe I paid 145$ for such a horrible service. The color and shampoo were wonderful. However, I did not like how the tip was handled. I was not able to divide the tip as I wanted between the colorist and the shampooer. The program was set to give a percentage to each with the colorist getting approximately 90% of my tip. It is my tip to give. I should be able to allocate how I want. I am not the employer.
