I came to this salon expecting them to meet my needs and get my hair the right shade, and unfortunately it was the opposite. Instead I left feeling robbed of my money and with a hair color that made me feel less confident. The only thing enjoyable about this experience was the lady was washed my hair, she was very nice and gave me a nice massage. I arrived early for my appointment. Two clients showed up after me. They took both clients ahead of me. No explanation other than someone will be with you. This is a walk-in business. ridiculous.

I'm giving stars because the girl running the front desk was awesome. But the girl who washed me soaked my back my shirt was drenched. I still had dye all around my neck and face area when I got home. I had to wash again so much dye came out because she didn't wash it well. And the dye made my scalp itch badly.

horrible root color I wanted ash brown and got orange I hate it and I was told the orange will go away but instead it looks worse after a wash I was not satisfied and made it clear at my appointment how much I hated the orange roots and they did nothing to fix it. My scalp is red and itchy it looks like the dolor was left too long and burned my scalp

I love the way my hair looks, but there have been multiple problems with my appointments. Nobody is able to pick up the phone and their online chat doesn't work well. I just got a text that my appointment, which I have been waiting a week for was cancelled, yet online, it says my appointment is still on. I pay for unlimited root touch ups, but so far, this has not been convenient or professiona.

I had a horrible experience at this location . My appointment was at 5:45 pm Aug 9th 2022 . I waited till after 6pm to ask why I wasn't acknowledged or seen yet . I was told my stylist would be me shortly . No one apologized for me waiting so long . Then I continued to wait and the stylist who was supposed to wait on me started taking several pics of her client before me . I interupted her and asked why I am still waiting . A few strands were missed so there are some patchy greys that had to be yanked out, but the worst part was the dye got all over my forehead and neck. The lady helping with the wash and blowout was trying her best to clean up the mistakes made by the colorist... my skin was patchy and slightly discolored. It was a not the look I was looking for..I really wanted to love it, but sadly not the experience I thought it would be

It started off great but it's gotten progressively worse each time I've visited. Beyond the poor color job, lovely stains around my hairline and probably the worst shampoo I've ever had, what's most frustrating is that I keep getting messages noting that my satisfaction is important but I can't get anyone to respond to my request for a refund. I wish I thought to read the reviews before coming here. First, I thought this would be a fast and convenient experience. I was there for nearly 3 hours! And not only did they miss a gray spot on my sideburn (see photo), I had dye all over my face and my ears (see photos of how much I took off). None of this happens when I color my hair on my own. And coloring, washing, and drying my hair takes a fraction of the time. Also, the blowout was strangely long and very mediocre. Spare yourself! Go elsewhere or manage at home.
