Picked up a kit to try coloring my hair at home. Just opened up my bag to look at instructions so I know what to do tomorrow morning and there were two MAJOR PROBLEMS: (1) the second kit that was recommended because I have long hair is USED! Tube of color was squeezed out to almost empty and the color activator bottle top was loose. (2) there are no instructions in the box or in my bag. What the heck? This is by far one of the worst hair salons that I have ever been to. I went to this salon because I saw a sign that says $50 root touch up. lol wanted a root touch up, and I said please try to go as light as you possibly can to blend in with the rest of my hair color, and it's alright if it's not the same color as the rest of my hair because i'm okay with having an ombre effect look.
