This is by far one of the worst hair salons that I have ever been to. I went to this salon because I saw a sign that says $50 root touch up. lol wanted a root touch up, and I said please try to go as light as you possibly can to blend in with the rest of my hair color, and it's alright if it's not the same color as the rest of my hair because i'm okay with having an ombre effect look.
