I went here yesterday to have my roots colored and I now have orange hair (see pic) and STILL have grey in my hair. The ladies were very nice but they did not know what they were doing, they are simply pointing a tablet at your head and it tells them what to do. They put dye on and when they rinsed it out my hair was orange. She then said they would tone it to fix it and it was still orange. Three hours later, my hair is orange, they can't fix it, and I will be spending hundreds of dollars getting it corrected at a real salo... read more

I called early in the week to be on the waitlist for Sunday. So today (Sunday) I called just to check again by chance if they had a cancellation. When the girl on the phone asked me if I wanted to be on the waitlist I said that I was already on it but she could check. Guess what??!! I wasn't even on the waitlist... ughhhh

It is like a fast food for hair coloring. My hair came out very dark while I wanted lighter tones. They made me wait past the time I was supposed to rinse my hair since they were busy with an other costumer. The lady that did my hair had never tried Madison Reed Color yet on herself. She didn't seem knowledgeable about coloring but just consulted her tablet in regard to the color to use. I am very unsatisfied. I will never go back

The stylists are very warm and kind. They are doing a good job of social distancing, enforcing face masks, and sanitizing between clients. Unfortunately, I do not recommend the hair color product used here. It is not salon-quality. It did not cover my grays, and left them a reddish brown tone while the rest of my hair is dark brown, almost black. It continues to wash out looking more and more brassy, and I only wash my hair 1-2x per week. The worst part is my hair is now breaking, which has never happened before.
