hair washing has been a horrible experience each and every time I go to madison reed it's so painful so much hair pulling and rough handling. Even when telling staff to be gentle it's still a terrible experience.

Although the staff was really nice and welcoming. The result of this was very disappointing. I am going to box dye my hair the way it was because I am so disappointed.

I was surprised at how fast it was to highlight my whole head of hair. When done right it takes multiple hours. The result was a lot more brassy than I wished and does not blend well. There is a visible line half way down showing exactly where the color started and where it ended. I requested a full refund and I will not be going back there to get it fixed either. Huge regret!!!

Not sure who was responsible for what . one person greets you another person looks at your hair then another person colors your hair. Are you happy with you color ... no it's too dark ... well it looks great . I thought the brand was good but that salon terrible. not going back

worst fucking hair salon ever i went and asked for a strawberry blonde and they gave me dark brown hair?? what did i pay for????? made my hair really dry. bad texture i do not recommend this place at all.

The coloring is consistent once you know what color works for you and its easy to get in and out. It's the customer service that sucks, my last 3 times appointments were delayed or interuppted by the people working there complaining about schedules, discussing schedules, moving around schedules, etc. The people who work there are not happy and it shows. Absolutely horrible experience. The highlights start 3 inches down and looks like it was done two months ago. The color is not what we choose. You should give me a full refund.

I have been going to Madison Reed for a while and I am usually satisfied except for yesterday's service. The color that was used on my roots (supposedly the same as the previous times) is lighter than it should be. Not happy
