Not my first time but today wasn't great my skin was stained even the hair washer said my skin was stained after hair color no barrier cream applied to skin it was a non Chalant service ! Not worth it today ! I have visited many locations in CA but this place is slack !!! Need to pick up the service

Disgusting. Do not honor appointment . Said it was their computers error but would have to wait hours or come back . Explained had back and hip injury and was a huge effort to get there .. Upity and rude . Remember this is Madison Reed not a salon at The Ritz in Paris .

I came across their advertisement page on instagram was so excited to try them as I get my roots done every couple of weeks but my styles sometimes doesn't have that much flexibility. Upon arrival I requested if the stylist could wear a mask as I will be having a surgery next week and wanted to make sure I stay safe. The worst coloring experience ever! After telling them that my grays are hard to color, 2 days even before the first wash the gray started showing. My drug store brand that I use at home does a bettter job.

I went here for hair color and decided to to add highlights too. I wanted to try this place for the first time because they seem to be experts and expected the whole thing to be quick and efficient. Well, I was not satisfied with the color and highlight was a disappointment - it was patchy, too bright in some places, and it looked tacky. It was overpriced too. Lesson learned. Just go to your tried and tested hair salon/stylist.

I am disabled and had messed up experience , Rebecca who is amazing did color correction with 8 N ash a true foil . I called tried to get another appt she was not availiable I sent my assistant as disabled . to purchase till I could get in . they sold her wrong Color as they do not updat website Madsion reed needs to fire their Tech People who do not update web sites . Hire a receptionist and learn how as Rebecca to foil . also p at Cinco ranch needs to reveiew disability laws

Today was my first time there. My color does not look good. The root color is okay but the toning made my hair highlights look worst. They put the hair mask all the way to my eyebrows and had dye on it so they colored my forehead and sides of my face. The lady who helped me with the blow out, Becca, was nice and tried for a long time to wipe it off. After many tries with firm pressure, some of the color was removed. I went here yesterday to have my roots colored and I now have orange hair (see pic) and STILL have grey in my hair. The ladies were very nice but they did not know what they were doing, they are simply pointing a tablet at your head and it tells them what to do. They put dye on and when they rinsed it out my hair was orange. She then said they would tone it to fix it and it was still orange. Three hours later, my hair is orange, they can't fix it, and I will be spending hundreds of dollars getting it corrected at a real salo... read more

I called early in the week to be on the waitlist for Sunday. So today (Sunday) I called just to check again by chance if they had a cancellation. When the girl on the phone asked me if I wanted to be on the waitlist I said that I was already on it but she could check. Guess what??!! I wasn't even on the waitlist... ughhhh
